To reiterate what numerous reviewers of LogoSharks have stated, this company is a complete scam. I paid them to create a logo for my company which they failed miserably at doing. The artwork was mostly AI generated and I approved none of their work. I finally had them tweak a logo that I already had in my possession to feel like I had at least received something for my payment. The tweaking consisted of enlarging fonts and changing colors. Fast forward a few months, I began receiving emails and phone calls stating that LogoSharks had received a notice from the “Federal Trademark attorney” that my company name was being trademarked by a third party and I needed to take action or several things could happen to my company. I, of course, looked into this matter with the USPTO. Of course, it was fabricated BS in an attempt to extort more money out of me. The phone calls and emails have continued. I asked for proof of a trademark filing for a second time and was presented with a different applicant name than previously supplied by LogoSharks. Keep in mind that I never had LogoSharks copyright my artwork so the USPTO or any third parties would have no idea that my logo even existed. Take my warning, stay away from this company!

These people were total scammers! Edward, Jerry, Aaron, and several others that I dealt with over about 8 months designed a logo for what I thought was a reasonable price but then offered to give me a very basic website for $600 which I paid only to struggle for about six months dealing with them not understanding what an estate planning lawyer does to using terrible grammar and sentence structure to harassing me with multiple calls about wanting more money for hosting and maintenance!!! It was a nightmare! When my site finally launched it came up under totally different languages in searches and it always took them forever to make simple corrections!!! Very SKETCHY!!! SCAM ARTISTS. They need to be shut down! I don’t know how they are still in business in the US! They don’t use legit contracts! They always come up with a reason why you need to pay MORE MONEY! When I told them I was going to use a different company for hosting and maintenance they shut down my website!!!! I paid over $1000 and I have nothing!!!

RUN, Don’t WALK! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT FROM THE US AND DO NOT RUN A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!!

Logo sharks designed my logo which I was happy with. Next paid for website development which they put no effort into. I sent them the info for the hosting and they told me it wouldn’t work with that host and that I would need to purchase another hosting packing that started out at approximately $1500. I declined and still my website is in a foreign language cuz they clearly just used one they have already designed for someone else. I sent them the info that I wanted included in my website and they keep saying I’ve never sent it. I’ve sent it to 3 different people in the company! To to it all off I get a call from there “legal department” trying to trick me into buying a trademark package because they claim that someone has applied for a trademark logo with same name of my company. Again asking for $2000+ to remedy. Now as strange as it may seem I’ve acquired a virus that was targeted to / thru the email that I used for logo sharks which has been very intrusive and now someone is trying to extort money out of me or else……..as they put it. They’re a slick bunch of tech gurus but I’m not giving them another dollar.

COMPLETE SCAM!! I’m in law enforcement and if I could arrest the CEO I Would! Save your money save your time. You will not be happy with their service! If I could give them negative stars I would.

I received an unsolicited text message from this company claiming that a “Federal Trademark attorney” had identified a trademark conflict related to a logo previously purchased.

That representation is inaccurate and misleading.

Government trademark offices do not communicate via SMS, do not notify third-party logo vendors of trademark filings, and do not issue informal “alerts” without official documentation. No file number, jurisdiction, attorney of record, or written notice was provided.

Further, I am located in Canada, where trademark matters are administered through CIPO or licensed Canadian trademark agents — not unsolicited U.S. marketing firms.

Based on the absence of verifiable information and the nature of the outreach, this appears to be a scare-based sales solicitation rather than a legitimate legal notification.

Consumers should exercise caution.

I wish I had done more research on them. It started as 19$. Before I knew it, it was 100$. Then when they continued to say “this will be this much and this and that.” I told them no. I said I was just starting my business and that I wasn’t going to be dumping thousands into things other than products and the basics. Days went by. No logo. A week. So they call and are telling me for 2800$ they can register my name as a trademark and my logo and all this stuff. I told them that was more than my mortgage and I was JUST STARTING my business. A business run out of my home. Then they kept saying well anyone can steal your name then YOU owe THEM BIIIIIIIIIIIIG money. I was like whatever I don’t care. They EVENTUALLY sent my logo and tried to get me to pay for a trademark package again. It was still no. The whole vibe was off so I didn’t trust them to begin with! Now flash forward to the past week of harassment saying someone has filed a trademark infringement claim against me. And they have all the paperwork to prove it. I laughed a lot. And told them to send me the LINK to the pending trademark on the us website. I don’t want their doctored screenshots or whatever made up BS they have.

Run. Far away.

SCAM! They designed a terrible logo for me, which proved to take zero effort after paying for there services. Now they've been calling me for 6 months and trying to say there legal department is seeking out restitution for trademark infringement, which is a downright lie, they are jist trying to get more money out of me. Do not use this company, it's fraudulent!

The conutinue to harass me about a trademark. It’s been about 8 months and I’m tired of them contacting me about it. 100% scammers. Stay away from them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL HARASS THE HECK OUT OF YOU AND LIE SAYING SOMEONE IS USING YOUR COMPANY NAME AND HOW YOU NEED TO PAY THEM TO PROTECT YOUR COMPANY NAME. I USED THEM FOR LOGO CREATION WHICH WAS A BIIIIIIG HUGE MISTAKE. I ENDED UP GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. NOW THEY CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES AND SEND TEXTS. EITHER ERIC OR EDWARD ONE OF THE NAMES CALL ME AND LEFT A MESSAGE. I AM ALMOST AT THE POINT OF CONTACTING THE FTC AND MY ATTORNEY FOR HARASSMENT CHARGES BECAUSE I HAVE ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES NOT TO CONTACT ME. I ALSO DID RESEARCH ON THE ALLEGED COMPANY THEY CLAIM WAS TRYING TO STEAL MY COMPANY NAME AND NO SUCH ISSUE EXISTS. I HOPE THEY KNOW THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW WITH CONTINUING TO HARASS PEOPLE.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I recently used logo shark for an illustration logo. $19 quickly turned in $199, which should have been my first red flag! RUN THE OTHER WAY! And please note, the phone number provided is also used in MANY other logo websites provided online - most of them also offering the $19 special! THANK GOD my package comes with UNLIMITED revisions, because they didn’t listen to my direction or input. It took over a month to get my logo back ( I was told a 6 day turnaround) and once it was approved, they tried to coerce me into buying more things. I was even sent a link for an additional $299 for a “redraw.” That was never discussed UNTIL I wouldn’t buy any of the add ons. Then I asked for my money back, I felt comfortable using Logo Shark because of the money back guarantee. I finally had to threaten to call my bank and dispute the charge. I was then told by Owen he processed my refund. That same night, I got an email with my files, but it wasn’t from Owen (same email though!) They weren’t the logo I approved, he said he would get me the correct file. This went on for several days, then saying he didn’t have that file anymore. Again, I threatened to call my bank. Later that day, some guy named Jay sent me the correct files. Logo Shark acted in a deceptive manner trying to coerce me into spending more. They also always wanted to call and speak over the phone. My mama didn’t raise no fool - GET IT IN WRITING!!

Do not let this logo shark do your work. It’s a scammer company. They not finish your work and said you design is they design and want you to pay a copyright fee with out tell you and won’t give you a refund. I even they not send you a final work you supposed to get.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! These people tell you their price includes trademark then try and tell you- You need to get the trademark w them for $600. I made up my design because WEEKS later, they couldnt come up with a decent design that was not basic bulk images, AND - Even though I created it, these clows were trying to sell me my design back for $400. COMPLETE SCAM. Now they called saying someone from the trademark company called them to tell them that my company name is being used by another company. Lies and scam!!!

Honestly should have done my research on this company before doing business with them. Their catch is that they offer you on what seems a good deal on a logo design which is real but then they will continue bugging on up-sales that you don’t need. Then if you don’t buy a trademark package from them (which they don’t mention initially) they will call you later saying someone is trying to use your business name and you will face lawsuit charges. I did my research on the so called business that were trying to replicate my name and were nowhere to be found and weren’t real. Don’t do business with this company they’re very shady.

I contracted with this company on August 9, 2025 to refine an existing logo for a not for profit corporation. The online ad claimed they would create a logo for as low as $19. However, I was told that they could refine my logo and send me a file that I could use for everything from a banner, a step and release, letterhead, website and business cards for $100. I was promised my logo in "one or two" business days. On August 22, 10 days after my artwork was promised to me, I received a call from Houston explaining to me that the file I want would cost an addtional $499. When I refused and asked for my money back I was told that the work had been completed and the least I could pay was another $199. I still have nothing to show for my $100. There must be a credible design studio. I will NEVER use Logo Sharks agaain!

Omg Run the other way! And don’t look back! This logo company is driving me crazy!
They led me to believe I was getting three logo designs that I could ACTUALLY USE and NOT JUST LOOK AT!
I paid just around 200 for each,
($600 for 3), but they never told me until I finalized the work that in order for me to actually use it for the purpose it was created, I would have to upgrade to a correct format and each upgrade is like an additional 350. It seems like such a scam, cause right away, they were trying to trick me into believing that somebody was trying to take my business name, and when I looked it up, I saw that it had expired quite awhile ago actually and they were no longer interested in that name so they were blatantly lying to me.
I don’t even understand how any of that is legal. I told them they should’ve discussed it with me when we came up with the design. I told them why would I want to purchase a full cover for a food trailer? If I can’t use it to cover the food trailer? Now, they’re lying and saying they did tell me …. They’re saying they told me on the phone, but I have an exceptional memory and I know it was not discussed. There is no end to their shadiness….. They told me on the phone, yet our main form of communication has been texting and emails. I received over 60 text messages and at least 20 emails from him, all that I responded to and yet no record there, but somehow …. he said it in 1 of the 2 brief calls. Apparently, they don’t have to be held accountable they just lie and say they said it on the phone where there’s no record for me, only they have record of. (yeah right- No you did not tell me!)
I wish I had realized at the time that they are not an honest company and recorded the full brief conversations myself to have proof, but seriously, If you have to worry about recording a phone call because the company you are paying is so shady and dishonest…. stay away from that company! After this is taken care of, I will never do business with them again and I will make sure everyone knows what kind of business they did with me.
I know exactly where the name Logo shark came from. They are 100% predators in the market.
Instead of them trying to trick me into thinking people were trying to use my business name and sending me false and expired information in hopes to buy their $750 trademark plan, they should have been more concerned with what I had already purchased and handling that properly, instead of selling me something based on a lie and unusable.
Initially was beyond happy with the art, but, I can’t be happy with what I can’t use..

The quick response and attention to details needed to satisfy our vision. Clear communication was a must and they adhered to it. Great company.

I received a phone call immediately after requesting a design. The design process was so easy and Barry was very responsive to my questions and suggestions and returned revised designs within a day. Would certainly recommend them for other small businesses.
