The company did my online presence at a very economical cost for my baking business

Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

Logo Design Matrix created a hot new free logo for me after I expressed dissatisfaction with the first logo they designed.

Their desire for excellence and their integrity provoked them to offer a new design free of charge.

I respect them for that, and for that reason, I would work with them again should I need another logo designed.

I am going to honest and say that it was very stressful working with this company. They were constantly trying to push more expensive packages on me and trying to get me to purchase products with the logo, when I specifically told them I just needed the logo. Also, I was supposed to ge my logo within a couple of days, and it took two weeks. The rep texted me nearly every day, even when there was no progress, which was unnecessary and annoying, and even after I finally received my logo, he texted me.

I had a great experience with Jason Oliver. He was very informative and made me feel at ease every step of the way! This is my first business so things have been a bit overwhelming, but he alleviated much of the experience. He is definitely an asset to your company!

It was quick turn around. They made the changes when I didn’t like it. And within one or two resends I got a logo I liked. Good services.

I really didn’t like this company. When I signed up for the $35 logo package, I was not expecting to get harassed into purchasing more expensive packages. Even when I declined the other packages over and over, they kept insisting on trying to “up sell” me and were rude and insulting when I told them no. They were almost relentless with their tactics. Overall the logo is ok but you have to buy a more expensive package to get high resolution images - something not mentioned when you buy the package. I really feel I could make a similar or better logo with some of the free software out there. I started working with someone named Jordan and then finished the logo with Jason Oliver. Both could use a course on customer service.

Do not send them your money. Look at the reviews, they are all fraudulent too. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I asked for a refund and they told me to dispute it with my bank???? Send me my money back. This company cannot be trusted.

Jason Oliver Is great to work with. He helped our company create and develop our website. Anytime I had questions he was always available. I recommend Jason and I plan to work with him again.

I've got many years of experience in customer service. I have been starting a new business and Logo Design Matix has helped me with logo and stationery design as well as they are working on a website and portal for my business as well. They constantly communicate throughout the design process which results in excellent customer service. Jason leads the team working on my website design and content as well as for the logo and stationery design. He is the main one I deal with. Jennifer is in administration. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

The team that helped me was very efficient! I was very pleased with the design. I wish I was made aware that the basic plan will give me blurry imagery and I would have gone straight for the second opción. Over all, very pleased!

Shawn Martin has been working with me for my new company and I am very pleased with how he has done. The logo turned out nice and some people say they should be of better quality, but I believe they are great. Most name brands out there today don’t have super fancy logos and a company doesn’t need a colorful 3d looking logo to be successful. I am pleased with how fast they respond to your needs and they answer all questions! The prices are great considering everything they offer for your business. You don’t have to do much work on your end. I will definitely stay in contact with my project manager for future orders.

Design work was okay -
I would dial down on the communication part.

While we did finalize the design - I was expecting a bit more creativity.

But i am okay with the results.
