One star is way way more than they deserve nothing but a bunch of scammers. They keep up charging throughout the year $600 or $700 at a time for crap that does not need to be charged for. I paid $800 for them doing an SEO and after a year and a half they told me sorry we forgot we’ll get started on it which they never did. They were supposed to send me monthly updates. I never got one. They charged me $700 in December for some kind of maintenance fee and if I didn’t pay within 24 hours, they were gonna shut my website downand then they were gonna charge another $700 in January for some kind of plug-in software and the new web designers I hired said that both of that was a bunch of bull crap. now I pay $95 a year for hosting and that’s it. Scammer scammer scammers and if you don’t answer your phone, they will call 5-6 times in a row. Every time they needed money it had to be paid in 24 hours or the website is going to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been nickel and dining me for years. I am requesting they remove the website that has not been performing and they are requesting more money to do so. Do not do business with this company.

These guys are scammers they’re out of Pakistan. I paid to have my website done in 2 1/2 years later after paying them over $$6800 they never got my website completed. They passed it from project manager to project manager and shut down even my trial website for us to review after I made them give permission to an outside IT tech person to review everything that they did not do but said they did.

I paid for a private server. I paid for my website paid for extra pages. I paid for SEO Can I pay for ADA compliance? They came back to me every time to say I owe him more money or they shut down website.

FAKE SERVER , fake SEO, FAKE ADA COMPLIANCE. EVERYTHING WAS A SCAM WITH THEM. And I have all the emails and all the transactions.

I made my first purchase at Printerval on 10/18. At the time I was impressed with the quality of their tshirts and made a favorable review of them. Since then, I made another purchase on 11/20 and 11/21. The review I made was stellar and I’m not regretful of it. However, the most recent purchase I made on 11/21 was to order two, Sloth Tshirts for my granddaughter…(intended for Christmas), but were much too large. I emailed Printerval to begin a return for the two Tshirts. This is when I encountered difficulty with this company! Their email instructed me to ‘take pictures and measurements of the Tshirts to make sure they weren’t worn (and they hadn’t been). Also I was to take a pic of the ‘label’ off of the Tshirts. I proceeded with their return requirements and emailed all the copies to them. I was told replacement Tshirts would be mailed in a smaller size and that I could donate the two Tshirts that were too big. Well, this all happened ‘last month’ and have not received any replacements nor correspondence from them! Christmas came and went and no replacement Tshirts or any other communication since then. I believe that would be called ‘ignore the customer and maybe she’ll go away’. If this is what a customer needs to do just to make a return…I don’t how they can stay in business! A customer has to jump through hoops to return one of their products! Two days ago I sent them an email telling them how disappointed I was that my granddaughter didn’t get her Tshirts for Christmas and that perhaps it would be beneficial to let their company president know how poorly a customer is treated and how inefficient his Customer Service…just to make a simple return!!

Do not trust this company they will take your money and will not complete the work they will find excuses on why they are delayed. Sam Johnson tried to blackmail and extort me for money he told me that if I didn’t take down my reviews that they would not continue and stop all of my work which they did which is illegal do not trust them the company is based out of pakistan and they are a bunch when i refused to pay them they took down my website.

Went to this company for my website and logo. I have been baited and switched on every financial transaction by this company. Paid 350 for the logo, then they charge you $1000 to get a trademark. Paid 3000 for my website, but then need to pay 10k to keep it online. I was told my by manager I wouldn’t have to pay any more money this year, only to have someone from a different department call me and ask me for another 5k. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A BUNCH OF NERDS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS. LITERALLY USE ANYONE ELSE!!!’

They have poor communication with their own team. they make false promises. Nothing happens in a timely matter. I fired them after it took over a month to get a templet style website running. With the wrong numbers and names... I was told I would be refunded, but that never happened. This was months ago. Now they called me back again today like nothing happened, try to sell me more packages and saying i could get sued if i don't register my logo through them... They made the logo and it sucks too lol... Silly me, I should have read the reviews first.

I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. Reporting this business to the FTC for harassing practices. I told them NOT to ever call me again and I AM on the national DNC. Have been for years. They literally just called me AGAIN and I was pissed. I told them never to call me again and hung up.

they created a good logo for me, but I had to hound them to make the actual corrections I requested. Then I had to hound them to get the art work. Then I had to hound them to get the correct files.

After that I was naive at the time and got caught in their copywrite offer. They charge 5x what it costs to do it on your own through a basic online service. And they are relentless with trying to hit you with hidden fees.

They are not worth the time or energy. there are better artists out there that don't come with a secondary scam.

HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Back in the day, they did make a satisfactory design, Did work with me on correcting everything. I was happy with the design and with the person making it.. BUT here we are a few years later and now black mailing me. I actually have them text messaging me threatening to turn me into the government if I don't pay them to register a copyright or trademark. Mind you they want hundreds to do this and it does not cost anywhere near the amount they are asking for to register a copyright. They actually have a claim on the logo I purchased from them. I purchased a design from them 3 or so years ago. I believe they are trying to hold the design I paid for hostage. Blackmail is illegal. This company is dishonest and absoultely fraudulent. They will message or call endlessly. These people need to be in jail for real. If they keep bothering me and holding a design hostage I paid for years ago I will involve the FBI and that will end up bringing federal charges on them rather than the claim of high 10k government fines and crap they keep threatening with. I do believe they have a few people working for them who feel very guilty or feel it's wrong the pressure being put on them to fraud people. While other people working for them are outright heartless and want to take as much money as they can while scaring you to death of being turned in. These are scammers tactics and not even close to how a legit business operates. And no I won't send you anymore info etc. Just stop trying to defruad people and release all your claims on logos created for people who payed for them and are trying to register on their own.

They are complete scam artist. They continue to insist on charges that are bogus and unwarranted. They threaten you with taking your web site down if you do not comply. Tonight I was threatened with a $10,000 Federal crime if I do not pay them to register my logo they created. There are no crimes for not registering a logos. if possible I would have submitted a minus 5 stars. I have all the messages. Contacting New York AG.

I would give a zero if that was an option I had designed a logo and needed in a PNG format, I could not figure it out on my own I went to their chat and they said "no problem" I received it in JPEG and they formatted so I could not convert to PNG, they were more interested in trying to sell me something else. RUN dont Walk Run from this company.

I have been working with this company since April. I have had three project managers the usual culprits everyone else mentions, Austin, Sam Carter, and Dean Adams, all either ghosted and ignored me completely and stopped delivering all services. I have been waiting for the shipment of 500 business cards, and 500 letterheads since JULY, LOGOORB REFUSES to deliver, they refuse to refund me they refuse to continue to work on the ongoing engagements that I have had with them for over a year out. An SEO package requested a refund for selling me bogus crap that didn't exists and cannot get refunded $1300 they assign new people than the new people ignore me. I contact info at logorb.com and customer service AT logoorb.com all the time with zero response, the chats team ignores me, and they don't answer the phone I was promised refunds were processed and followed up for months to find out it was all a lie from Sean Wilson, this company is completely foreign run, and so is there pay system, they outsource their printing. They owe me a website, a year-long SEO package, a logo, and finalized letterhead, and business cards 500 each, and I have spent more than a month of my time this entire year battling with this company, complete fraud and scam, and they keep getting my reviews taken down. Dealing with logo orb is dealing with scam artists, they won't refund you, they will ignore you, they will make endless false promises, they will lie, and they'll do anything to keep your money and not deliver services, I have never been in so much misery dealing with another business and they are not accredited so BBB can't do anything either expect to report the fraud, so I may be going to small claims court.

This the worst logo company ever. They stole over 5000 for me and didn't deliver. They will you every month trying to get money from you. They will short down your website so you can give them money. Run for them.

Total scam, they stole my money and never did the job as promised, claiming the person who is supposed to take care of my order is having family issues! 2 and 1/2 months waiting and no one is taking care of the job.

This company developed my website and just recently shut it down. They said there are security issues with wordpress and I will have to pay money to get my website back up! This company is unethical and basically holding my website hostage until I give them more money which I shouldn't have to. They have a 100% guarantee, but won't honor it. They have purposely taken down my site and are lying about security issues!!

This is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. I have asked and asked for a refund because it says 100 % guaranteed. Ever since I asked I haven't heard from anyone. Beware of this company. Do not give them any money upfront.
