I am a head high school cheerleading coach and have been ordering from LogoSportswear for several years and they are absolutely wonderful. They offer high quality clothing, accessories, and a variety of items to fit any sports team, club or charity. Their customer service representatives are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about their products and go out of their way help you get the best deal. LogoSportswear offers great discounts on bulk orders and offer a point reward system on future purchases. Also, shipments are not only on time, but usually arrive early:) I will not shop anywhere else for my cheerleaders and assistant coaches!

Digital Color & Actual Color Differ
Shirts and hats look good. Computer screen thread color and actual thread color could use some help as I'm not very happy with the thread color. Looks more gold than orange. Otherwise, no complaints. If you want a very specific thread color, I would stick to a local store you can look at colors in person.

I will purchase from them again
The online process was quick and intuitive. I was able to upload my logo without issue and place my order. The shipment was as to be expected, but fast considering I purchased embroidered hats. I'd repurchase again from them, no questions asked. I didn't give 5 stars only because the quality wasn't as high as I'd like, however for the price I paid, I'm very pleased and have no complaints. I got a great deal and I'm happy with the product.

A great selection to choose from and high-quality embroidery.
The website is a bit cumbersome and painfully slow.
My one complaint would be I put notes on all the orders so i could easily remember who ordered what, and those notes didn't make it onto the packing slip. So it's going to take me longer to sort out the order and get it to the team.

Their website is easy to navigate. Also easy to see what your logo will look like on the product that you purchase.

Sizing Chart Off & Stitching Not Crisp
The sizing charge was pretty off for kids sizes. 10/12 fit more like a 8/10. The stitching could be a little more crisp. I reached out about the sizing issue and never heard back. The actual material was good though. Colors true. Shipping took a long time. People like the trucker hat fit.

The logo colors were not correct and…
The logo colors were not correct and the quality of embroidery was not as high as we might expect and it was received five days later than promised. We were charged a digital conversion fee even though we've ordered from this company before and they already had our logo. They sent a sample canvas bag with our logo, which was nice, but oddly, the screen printing of their own logo was crooked. All and all, a less than stellar effort.
