Logosystems were helpful, speedy, professional and communicative. Matt recovered all my data from my broken harddrive, fixed my laptop, gave me some great advice and performed a full back up on a new external harddrive at no extra cost. It's great to have a company knowledgeable to repair and support older Macs too. Recently Matt sorted out a liguid damaged Macbook Air and has given me excellent advice on replacing my own laptop, above and beyond what you would normally expect. I've used LogoSystems for several years now whenever I've had issues with my Mac's. Originally directly through Apple and support for my design business. Recently a 9yr old iMac failed on me and they were super helpful, friendly and quick in sorting the issue so I could get it back running so I could send my brand new laptop back to Apple for repair (under warranty)! Because of COVID restrictions Matt from logo systems picked my lap top up and delivered it back to me. I am extremely happy with the repairs.

I have a relatively old iMac that, until a day or so ago, was running very slow. One phone call and an informative chat with Matt, one of the technicians at Logosystems and I made the decision to upgrade my hard drive and increase the memory. Within 24 hours the iMac had been collected, upgraded and returned for considerably less money than a refurbished computer would have cost me. The service throughout was friendly, efficient and speedy. It is now so much better. Excellent stuff - and highly recommended.
