Total scam and money grab. Ripped me off for several thousand by claiming various trademark processes and even faked a call to a government office by using fake similar numbers and call prompts. Run!

Beware, they contact you via text asking if you would like to trademark your name as they have another party interested, scam they don’t have anyone, they reduced their price 3 times to get me to sign, their was no other client wanting to trademark my name just them trying to drum up new sales. DO NOT fall for this scam.

Stay Away! Venture contacted me today threatening to register our business trade mark that they know that we have been using for years and is registered with the Secretary of State. We have been actively using our trade name with a TM mark on our products as well as our website and our business LLC for years. They are threatening to try to steal our existing name, that they already know that we are using, and then file legal action against us to us the name that we have prior art and history using. They are a deceptive company and it sounds like they are trying to threaten us so that we will pay them money.

Stay away from these thieves!

Do not use Logo venture. They will rob you and scam you. They will bully you into believing you have done wrong and will then con you into paying them money to help you not getting in trouble ( when you haven't even done anything wrong).
BIG SCAM ARTISTS!! There good reviews are fake, don't be sucked in.

This company is a scam! A lot of their positive reviews are written by themselves. You will find on google reviews the same.

In the beginning they were great! I got my logo (didnt trademark it) and have been using it for the past 6 years. Now, all of a sudden I am getting text messages saying someone has a similar trademark application and they are giving me "first options" to trademark it. If I dont accept, they are sure the other company will send a cease and desist letter to me.
I said i would I send it to my lawyer. They wrote me 30 mins later and said has he had a chance to review the letter> this is when knew it was just a money making ploy...... Beware!!

Logoventure are a big SCAM, I did not even want to give them 1 star. They take your money and do not do a great job. I paid for a website that was basic and a theme, it was not an original and tailored to my business. Then they wanted money for SEO, maintenance, hosting, trademark and so on an on an on. In the beginning they are the nicest to get you to work with them. Then it is always we need more money for this and that. They pretended to be Ip Australia to get more money from me. When I did my trademark they said I needed to have all these different clauses, and each one was cost me, it was nearly $7000 to get my trademark. If I did it myself it would have cost me a faction of what I paid using them and their legal people. I deleted my website and all the products so they have no access to my things, and I have removed their lawyer from my Trademark details, and now they are claiming that my trademark is having issues and is not approved (which it is I have called Ip Australia and confirmed that it is approved for 10 years). They are saying that I need to pay them $1800 for an infringement and that I cannot use my Logo (trademark). I sent the email to Ip Australia and they confirmed that they are scammers and it did not come from IP Australia. Do not send money and do not work with them. They will do a job that is basic, just to keep you hooked and working with them. I am glad I stopped otherwise they would have scammed me even more. I spend thousands on Logoventure, do not do it people. SCAMMERS.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS -SAME COMPANY AS LOGOSHINES AUSSIELOGO DOT COM AND LOGO VENTURE DOT NET
For the last few years we have had a site imitate our offering and then rip people off. They call themselves aussielogo rather like our own Aussie Logos - running for 17 years! They offer logo packages for a price, nobody in Australia could possibly do (red flag 1) They have an 03 Victorian number but claim to be based in Sydney (red flag 2) and then either don't deliver anything or when the work is completed the company demands $1400-$2000 extra to register intellectual property in Australia for all states- which is false (red flag 3). Not a week goes by when someone calls me a mother f***** for ripping them off. When they have calmed down we explain what has happened and they ask well why aren't you doing anything about it? We explain we have contacted the FEDERAL POLICE- and they say to us unless we can provide an address they cannot do anything. Because this company has a .com domain address they can and have purchased domain privacy (you cannot see any company information or contact details behind the domain) so they could actually, be anywhere in the world. To add insult to injury, and to our business, we as a .com.au cannot hide our address or names. So as a result I have also had the ATO on our backs for falsely issued invoices by this company with our details as the issuer!!! We have explained we haven't done any work with these companies (and there are thousands), nor received any monies. Finally this week the Intellectual Properties Office contacted me and told me Australians have been ripped off to the tune of hundreds of thousands/maybe millions of $'s by this fake company and can we help them take it down. So our humble advice to you if considering starting a new company is; when a website offers something at a price (and is a .com) that seems too good to be true, then it definitely is too good to be true - they could be in Russia, China or North Korea for all you know and you might as well be throwing your $'s down the drain. See a sample of complaints about this company in Australian Product Review beware of the scammers and work only with genuine Australian design businesses with a .com.au, .net.au or .au (because you can only get these web addresses if you are based here in Australia and have an ABN) Be prepared to pay a little bit more-we all know what things cost in Australia and you cannot go too far wrong. To the people that have been ripped off through Covid and where your hard earnt money was/is tight to follow your dreams-my heart goes out to you all, but it wasn't me and we will still be here to pick up the pieces at an affordable price.

Jeff Martin was designing a website and logo for me in Australia. He run his business under the name of Melbourne Designs. He behaves like a professional, has a proper company website and calls from local phone number. I lost 7000AUD. All he delivered was a template website and charged for any add-ons that should have been part of the website development. He has a team of people that pretend to be whatever he needs, like lawyers, trademark advisors, attorneys etc. At some point he disappeared on me, switched off his emails and phone numbers. I only managed to take down his listing on Google since the business address was fake. He should get life sentence or I hope someone will take him down.

Following this fraud, someone hacked into my Facebook account. I am suspecting him or his team as he knew much about me.
