Great reliable service, Crates are well packed with quality logs , I’ve normally buy the economy crate, for my log burner .I recently bought a half crate of oak for my pizza oven .

Good product, as described
Good product, quality and quantity as described, with on-schedule delivery. Only 4 stars due to the flimsy top polythene covering which always seems to get damaged during transit and allows rainwater to enter if the weather is poor during/after delivery. We pay a lot of money for dry logs, but with a risk of them getting damp after delivery if they can't be dealt with immediately.

Whole experience was brilliant
Communication was brilliant, as was the whole transaction. We were able to arrange delivery taking account of our special access requirements, including a smaller delivery vehicle. Very pleased with the quality of the logs. Thoroughly recommend and will use again.
The guy who made the delivery could not have been more helpful. First class service.

Excellent product, delivered promptly and well packaged so I could unpack at my leisure without wood getting wet or damaged. The pallet was delivered carefully onto my drive.
