Your service was excellent, as always, but I was disappointed with my choice of beech logs. They are more difficult to light and get going and give out much less heat - not sure how good for my stove the slower burb is

Excellent product, communications and delivery

Love logsforsale, they are always reliable and quick to deliver. Their logs are good quality. And we appreciated them letting us know in advance that prices would possibly have to up due to full prices, we were able to get a delivery of pre price rise logs.

Never been let down on delivery times the Ash logs are great to burn. Have used this service for a few years and would not hesitate to order from logs for sale .

However, the following day I removed the plastic wrapping to find that it appeared to be less than in the past deliveries. The logs were not neatly or tightly packed as before and there were many empty spaces as a result. there was an amount of space empty at the top, again , in the past the stack went right to the top level of the pallet. This time the logs stopped short and were loose at the very top and had moved around. The actual logs were individually scrappy and some much smaller than my previous delivery of Beech... over all, I was less pleased with the product and presentation... Lets hope my next delivery gets back on form.

Logs burn well. They arriving on the date agreed having had to change dates due to personal circumstances.
Was as always easy to order by phone confirming same order as previous.
Company has come a long way from the days when I would pick my logs up in our camper van with Peter loading with his broken down forklift truck

A good reliable service and excellent burning logs. Will definitely use again.

We have order from this company many times and been very satisfied but our recent order was full of very small pieces of wood. This is expensive wood and it did not represent what is shown in their online photos. When we complained they were unhelpful and basically just told us tough. We questioned them more and they said they had complaints from customers all the time about this. I ask if that was the case why did they not do anything about it, but they did not respond. It appears that customers or customer service is not something they care about.

The orders was delivered to the house with no problems since we started 5 years ago.

As always excellent service.
Very good value for money and the delivery driver was very accommodating of where we wanted the logs to be placed.
We will certainly use them again as this is our third year.

As always, ordering logs is very simple on line. Picking a delivery date is very helpful. I have been ordering logs from this company now since 2020. ( Having the log burner installed during the pandemic was one of the best things we ever did.) Each occasion the logs have been well packed and ready to burn. Updates regarding log availability and prices very useful.
