Choose another agency.
My first impression of the agency was very positive. They were careful in the way they addressed my problem on the first phone call. I immediately sent all my data and documents requested and received an email confirming that all the necessary information had been gathered and "in a few days I would have an answer."
The problem started after:
Bearing in mind that my situation was serious and needed to be resolved quickly, after three weeks I contacted them again by call to understand how much longer I should expect to wait. I received a response with a bad tone from the man who answered my cell phone, who interrupted me while I was speaking: "Now only after the holidays, in a month or so. We're going to close for the holidays and we're full of work. But if you really want to, send an email as a reminder."
I thought this was strange, anyway half an hour later I sent the email. Fortunately, in less than 2 hours, I received a response saying that they had already reviewed my process and were ready to clarify it for me, after paying 150eur + VAT. We agreed to talk the next day between 6pm-7pm. So I did, I paid and received an email summarizing the options I had. However, they did not call me or respond to my emails during that day. Only when I left work and was able to call them and they told me "ok maybe we will call you today in 15-45 minutes".
They did. And the worst part happened on this phone call; It started with: “Maria, I'll speak first and after I allow you to speak, did you understand?” “you are really not understanding me, you don't listen to me and I don't have time for this” “don't act stupid, and don't try to be smart” in a very rude tone. Always in a rush to end the call. In the midst of this whole situation, I wasn't able to ask all the questions I wanted, because they ended the call after 22 minutes.
The day after, I received an email saying that if I still had any questions, to call or send an email. So I did. I received in response that I had to pay another 90eur + VAT to get more answers. I didn't get answers to these because they didn't give me time to ask these questions and because I was always being interrupted while trying to speak. I replied that they were questions I wanted to ask and that I didn't have the opportunity. The same man called me in a very rude tone and the first thing he said to me was: do you think we work for free here? In the Netherlands there has been no slavery for many years, you know? you must not know." I was shocked by the way he addressed me as a customer, it was a lack of respect and politeness, I paid for this service and it was incomplete. I was still treated badly. Please, choose another agency (especially if you are a foreigner, because I'm not sure if this happened because I don't speak Dutch).
