If someone did not receive a payout, it is usually because the prize was never claimed, no PayPal email was provided, there was an issue or restriction with the PayPal account receiving payments, or the payment was temporarily placed on hold while an open dispute or chargeback was being reviewed. In situations where there is a PayPal issue, we always reach out to the winner to help check the problem or request another valid PayPal email address if possible, as all prize payouts are sent only via PayPal. If you or anyone else believes they did not receive a prize payment, please simply contact our support team and we will gladly look into it and help resolve the situation. I spent way more money than I would’ve won. My baby dad bought votes and so did I. Only to come out to win “$100.” didn’t even get the money on my PayPal. I wouldn’t do it again and I definitely do not recommend unless you’re gonna spend $2000.

Don't waste your money to try and win because you won't.
I entered the contest and got second place when we had first the entire time and on the last day a random new profile came in on the last day and purchased their way to the top. During the last minute I lost. I entered a second time and the same thing happened but this time i had a full proof plan to win. I had 3 family members buy 40k packs back to back during the last minute for a total of almost 190,000 in 60 seconds. Some how a single person was able to buy more than what three people could buy in 30 seconds. I had a family member refreshing the screen every two seconds and the other person had not moved. On the last second my child was first on the refreshed screen and when the competition eneded I was up over 90k votes. Somehow after the "official count" I still got second and they don't disclose how many votes the others have just the placement, you also can't click to see the profile of the contest winners like they want to hide it. All the sudden I was entered into the next contest and they said for my active participation i am receiving 85k free bonus votes to use in the next contest. I feel like they gave me back the votes i would have actually won by as a consolation prize when I should have just got the first place win. It would literally be impossible to buy over six max packs in less than 60 seconds whe. There is a delay when buying each one and the most a single person can do is MAYBE four of them in 60 seconds. They just don't want to pay out the big prize to a legitimate person. They want to filter the money back to themselves with a shell account on the last 3 days of the competition. That's why they gave me the extra two packs back to reuse because they didn't want me to win without actually losing money on the deal. If I spent over the prize money worth they probably would have let me have the first place prize. They don't want to lose money. Only gain... I see it for what it is now. Pay to win and lose in the end.

Our contests remain open for participation during the entire contest period, which means participants who join later can still collect enough support and votes to place highly or even win. Some participants also receive extremely strong support from friends, family, communities, and social media sharing — sometimes much more than others may expect. The final placements are based on the total number of valid votes received, and participants themselves determine how much support and how many votes they collect, not our team. Regarding refreshing the screen during the final moments, live rankings can sometimes take a moment to fully update due to heavy activity and many votes being processed at the same time near the contest ending. This is why winners are officially announced around 10 minutes after the contest ends, once the final vote count and verification process are completed and all votes are properly processed in the system. We would also like to clarify that participants are not automatically moved from one contest into another by our team. Joining a new contest always requires a new entry submission by the participant themselves. The bonus votes you received were not meant as a “consolation prize,” but simply as a goodwill gift and token of appreciation for your continued participation and engagement in the contests. Many participants receive bonus votes and gifts from time to time as part of appreciation gestures. All prizes earned in your participation were properly awarded, and the contest itself is real and valid. We always do our best to create a fun and fair experience for all families participating, and we truly wish you and your family all the best moving forward.
