Mermaid cake!
I bought a customised mermaid birthday cake for my 3 year old! It was delicious and it looked amazing! People told me ‘it was too pretty to be cut’! :)

The sponge cake It was a bit too dry and not enough Cherry as it’s a Black Forest Gateau . Not very happy and it was a bit over priced for the quality of it

Hello Daisy,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your recent cake and I will pass this feedback onto our bakery.
We do advise to leave the cakes at room temperature for 3 hours before serving to ensure they are able to warm up to room temperature.
If there is anything else we can help with please get in touch on hello@lolascupcakes.com
Kind regards,
Chris

Lovely cupcakes
Lovely looking cupcakes. Tasted delicious.
I couldn’t get a delivery slot in Wimbledon so ordered to Clapham Junction. The lady that served me was a bit short with me but the other lady was very polite. I mentioned I had paid for 2 personalised cupcakes (my son was 18) but only got 1 which was disappointing. Cakes are expensive also. I only get for birthdays or special occasions. More slots in the Wimbledon locker would be good.

Resposta da Lola's - Clapham Junction
Hi Tracy,
We are glad to hear you enjoyed your cupcakes.
Thank you for the feedback about our Wimbledon locker and I will log this by the team. Wimbledon is one of our bigger lockers with 8 bays instead of 4 and it's great to hear of the lockers popularity.
I am glad our new team in Clapham junction could help you out but I will log this feedback by the stores manager to review with the team.
I am sorry there was an issue with the personalisation on your cupcakes and I will send over an email to discuss this further.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Shona
