Lola's - Lola's Bakery West Hampstead Opiniões

I have purchased cupcakes and cakes for my family in London. They are truly delicious. The owner is also very friendly. I’ve had to change some shipping dates and they’ve done that quite quickly. I highly recommend this bakery.

We couldn’t eat the cake because it was way too salty for human consumption! I had to throw it away. The sponge was so dry that it crumbled when cutting it. I will not recommend it to anyone. It was for my daughter’s birthday and we were very disappointed.

Consistently delicious and never fails to impress

I’m always extremely happy with my purchase from Lola‘s. The Customer Services are 2nd to none. The staff are always willing to help and the quality of the cakes are always phenomenal.

Disappointed to find out that the shop I have been collecting my annual birthday cake from is closing.

But always received good service and a lovely cake.

I had the Vanilla rainbow cake delivered for my son’s birthday & it was a great service as always. The cake looked great & was delicious.

Easy ordering process, I love this place so it was the obvious choice for 30th Birthday cake! I ordered the chocolate fudge cake for 14 people and it was perfect!

The icing on the cake

The best staff. The best gf cake. Thank you

Everyone loved the cake. I have been buying birthday cakes from Lola’s for a while and they never disappoint.

We just loved it

Fantastic looking cake and excellent service. Everyone was so helpful and they even kept it in the fridge for an extra 24 hours at West Hampstead!
Was delicious too!

Ordered a red velvet cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Great consistency, taste and presentation. Highly recommend if you’re wondering which flavour to go with! It was a hit with both adults and kids.

Delicious!

£47.50 for a red velvet cake that was apparently “fresh” — unless Lola’s definition of fresh means fossilised.
I specifically asked the staff member if the cake was fresh and was told it had arrived the day before and was perfectly fine.
When we cut it at home, it was the driest cake I’ve ever eaten.
There is no way this cake was one day old. It existed purely as a birthday candle holder before going straight in the bin.
Honestly, I’ve had supermarket cakes for a quarter of the price that tasted better and actually resembled cake. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.
Lesson learned — never again.

Delicious, fresh, moist, beautiful and well packed.

Ordered a Black Forest cake for a friend’s birthday gathering, everyone loved it and the presentation was beautiful too. Worth the money.

I ordered my graduation cake from Lola's in West Hampstead. Pick up was super easy and the tiramisu opera cake was delicious will look at ordering through them again!

Lola’s offer absolutely delicious cakes and the range of coeliac society approved gluten free cakes mean my coeliac daughter never misses out at a birthday! Thank you Lola’s!!

I always look for pretty Christmas themed cakes to bring as my contribution to Christmas Dinner and this gingerbread themed cake was a huge hit. It tasted delicious and looked so cute😍

Would use again.
