Extremely disappointed with my experience with this store.
I placed and fully paid for order on March 5, yet days later the order was still marked as “Unshipped.” After contacting support, I was told on March 12 that the issue had been resolved and that my order would ship the next day (March 13).
However, March 14 arrived and the order was still not shipped, with the status unchanged. This means the information provided by their support team was simply not true.
As a customer, this feels extremely misleading and dishonest. I made a large purchase, yet the store keeps delaying shipment and providing promises that are not fulfilled. Instead of resolving the issue, I am receiving vague explanations and inaccurate information.
This kind of service leaves a very negative impression of the store. Customers should not have to chase support just to find out why a paid order has not even been processed.
At this point I am seriously considering opening a transaction dispute with my bank, because paying for a product that is not shipped and receiving misleading responses from support is unacceptable.
I strongly advise other customers to be very careful when ordering from this store.
