Fully recommend their service. My bag was found to be counterfeit and as a precaution, I also used two other services, who confirmed the same.

This is to the owners of Lollipuff I have been using their service for over 3 years. im not a hermes expert so I had my bag authenticated by this company paid around $100 us to authenticate. After Authentication I paid for the 2nd hand bag over $12,000. Took the bag to hermes to get repaired. They took the bag confiscated the bag and now im out 12,000 + I told them about the situation and all they said was it confirmed by our Experts and there is no financial grantee

Very bad experience with them !
They gave me an afirmative and a good certificate for a product that i also bought because of them , and after a few days they changed the certificate from authentic to counterfeit !!
This is unacceptable for an authorized platform to issue such certificates. You can't play with people like this when they are paying for the poor services they provide. I don't recommend it, I'm honest and I'm very serious!

I paid $25.00 to find out the item I had was not authentic because the zipper was wrong. I was told there were other reasons, but to get an inauthentic certificate would cost another $25.00. I didn't need a certificate, I just wanted to know what they saw so I would be better informed in the future. I couldn't get that information. If they know what they are doing, why won't they give me more information? Hmm? This is what I spent $25.00 on. It's not about the MDSE. I was able to get a return on my purchase. Is this how they work so fast, by not giving any more information than they want to take the time to do?

I have been using Lollipuff for a long time now. Thanks to their invaluable service that I avoid a fake Kelly which is considered ‘a good fake’ and Birkin coming from one of those so called ‘trusted sellers’. This was the lesson of my life! Most recently I have submitted Hermes in the Loop purchased by the seller from Saint Honore store and it is authentic. Their expertise cannot even compare to others. The very few bad reviews here i think belong to those who cannot receive an authentic certificate for counterfeit items. Even SUPER SUPER fakes do not have a slightest chance to pass on Lollipuff - bad news for the shameless counterfeiter out there ! those saying lollipuff falsely identifying authentic as fake are just laughable and should not be taken seriously.

I have been using Lollipuff authentication services for years. Not only are they very quick and efficient, but I’ve never had any issues with the authentications being incorrect. When I’ve had to interact with any customer service or person from the site, it is always been friendly and with quick responses. I use them to authenticate any brand that they carry and refer them to anyone who asked for a trusted authentication service.

Genuine experience is impressive and great customer service

I am giving them a 1 star as recently I’ve purchased an item via a reseller and their authentication service is just rubbish. I’ve sent them many emails to request them to outline the outcome of their authentication details in a professional way in ONE email summary, it appears Fey the owner neglects to care or understand this basic request. I would not recommend this company.

Do not use this service.
We were testing their authenticity service for the product which was purchased in directly operated store, the product was 100% authentic however we received report as it is counterfeit.
- We regrettably confirm that this XXXXXX XXXXX is considered COUNTERFEIT. We sincerely hope that this item was not expensive, can still be returned, or better yet, not yet to be purchased.

I bought a pre-loved lady Dior bag and wanted to check it was authentic.
I submitted my photos to Lollipuff and they came back within an hour, confirming all was well.
Very impressed (and relieved!) and their website is easy to use too.
Definitely recommended.

Great experience. Took around 4 hours I think to authenticate my Celine triomphe, needed to send additional photos as I forgot to include these in the original upload but all was smooth. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I've had great experience with Lollipuff. Used them many times. They respond to me quickly and have been accurate in all my items.

After reading these reviews I decided to do a little digging and sure enough the earrings I sent to Lollipuff for authentication actually are probably genuine CHANEL. The stamp is perfection. They are 1996 and have some wear. But her reason for not authenticating was the backs were wrong. At first I agreed until I did a Google image search of the backs - the only thing that came up were CHANEL earrings. The only thing I can guess is they had lost their rubber portion that sticks in that little hole in clip Chanel’s and she didn’t have the foresight or give a rats ass enough to realize the clips are identical to other Chanel earrings just without the rubber comfort piece

I trusted some handbag "influencer" on YouTube when she claimed that she used Lollipuff to authenticate her Celine classic bag. So I followed suit without researching the company. They claimed the bag was a fake, but didn't give very specific reasoning. I moved on with my life, until I was in the Celine store recently and made friends with the associate - who happens to have worked for Celine for many years. I told her my story and she insisted that I bring it in for her to inspect, as a one-time favor. While she was clear that she couldn't give me a formal authentication, from looking at every detail and comparing to the one currently sold in store, she was certain that the bag was authentic. She told me to contact the service to complain, which I have done. I expect nothing from them at this point. Chalk it up to $100 for a lesson learnt. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! EASY $100 TO CLAIM YOUR BAG IS FAKE.

Fei Deyle incorrectly authenticated a $2400 Chanel bag for Poshmark. Not only did she deem it inauthentic when it was in fact authentic, but when asked for details about why she deemed it inauthentic she was incapable of giving any evidentiary support. When pressed for more information other than “there are errors” she stopped responding to our email. She is a sham company and not to be trusted with high ticket items. We had to drive 4 hours to Chanel to prove the item was authentic by Chanel themselves. There are many reputable authenticators out there such as Carol Diva, Authenticate First and Real Authentication. There’s no need to use this abysmal company. Poor determinations, poor customer service, dangerous for business.

Chanel Trademark Violation. Do not Authenticate your Chanel bags with this company. Chanel can only authenticate there handbags. Not an Online company, please BEWARE

After getting a suspicious handbag from EBay, I used 2 authentication houses. Both told me it was FAKE. Lollipuff was fast, and their certificate outlined a lot of verifiable reasons.

My seller even started harrassing and threatening me because of the forced refund through EBay.
I know my seller is out there leaving bad reviews for Lollipuff.

I have been using Lollipuff since 2013 back when they were a resale marketplace. I never saw any fakes on the site and have only had the most positive experiences.

Get your stuff reviewed. People can be crazy.

Lollipuff is a team of non-professional authenticators. Their goal is to make money, not to help customers. They never ask for additional photos if the client has previously sent unclear photos. They don't care if your item is authentic, it's important for them to make money, and they don't value their reputation like other authenticators. I will never contact Lollipuff again and do not advise anyone, because there is a high probability that your authentic item will be authenticated as a counterfeit.
