Poor service, no reply or communication of order. Received a courier notification saying they received item, but returned it to sender due to an error. Ordered item 2 months ago and received nothing. This company are scammers, do not order !

Placed an order on 9/1/26 today is 20/2/26 and no tracking available via Royal Mail. I have contacted them again but I honestly don’t think I will be receiving my order. That’s £40 that I will never see again. Definitely a scam, avoid at all costs

Still not received my item. Only 1 email reply 2 weeks ago to say item will be delivered this week 24 hr service.

Having seen other positive reviews it baffles me how hard can it be to just be honest with someone.

Feels like theyre ignoring me now and I wont receive it. Shame as had high hopes for these.

Lolosigns are a new company so teething issues may occur and expected, however, the end result is pleasing and perfect. My son wanted a large Wrexham light up sign and he is so so happy with it. We waited a little longer than usual as this was a first for a large one with numerous colours to be made and the first one was not up to the company standard. So time was spent on the 2nd one and it was perfect. Great communication with the company, emails were responded to in a timely manner, freebie key ring was sent also due to us patiently waiting which my son loved too.
Altogether a very positive and pleasing experience with this new company, have patience and understanding of a new company starting up and you will be happily rewarded. Definitely recommend and will buy again in the future.

Dangerous! Wires hanging from a hole in the back of cheap plastic. My 10 year old son would do a better job making this so called light . Appalling product ! Lead is so short you have to-plug it in and hang next to a socket. Would never purchase from this company ever again

Ordered the 29/12/25 it’s the 21/01/26 Royal Mail still haven’t received my package. Terrible service, was told it was in the way to Royal Mail the 6/01/26. Avoid I believe it’s a scam, worse delivery times than temu

So angry as purchased a light for my grandson for Christmas. Item arrived but did not work as wiring was burnt and not attached. Have sent numerous emails as no phone contact number but have received no response from this company. This is a scam and my recommendation is do not purchase anything from this company which I believe was only set up in November 2025 and is registered to a flat in Sheffield.

Avoid! Purchased, paid. They sent me fake tracking that never updated. Contacted several times and no response. Responded saying there will be update, then again false promises. Never arrived. Scam. Please avoid.

Please do not buy from this company! Ordered an item on the 19th of December and I have received it today the 12th of January having been told numerous times that the item had been posted which was clearly a lie! Received item which is extremely flimsy and not as shown on picture! Loose wire at the back. Not worth the money at all!! Avoid

Paid for a sign, money left my account. Haven't received confirmation, tracking, nothing. I contacted them a day after purchase they got back intouch saying tracking would be available a day or two later, didn't receive tracking so got back intouch and have been ignored ever since
