On behalf of my cousin, my surgeon was the lovely Dr Alfie. I am very happy with all the care and treatment I have received during my breast uplift. Dr Alfie listened to what I wanted to achieve from my surgery and I am very happy with the results. Alex maintained contact from the start and was always helpful when I had questions.

I am very happy and impressed with the results, which have exceeded my expectations. I really love how I look in compression clothing after the quite complex surgery, which only took about 2 hours. I have recovered already quite well from anaesthesia, and generally already feeling much better just 24 hours post op. I was very anxious prior to the operation, but now I feel at ease. Dr Alfie is a fantastic surgeon, and I receive daily checks over the phone from the nurses, in which I receive great advice and suggestions which help with recovery. I need to highlight Dr Alfie’s sharp eye for perfectly sizing the right proportions for my new BBL, my waist after liposuction, and my breasts post augmentation. Thank you very much!

I am one day post operation and so far the team have all been super attentive and kind.
Alex was amazing- always available to help and keep me calm.
The nurses were sweet and looked after me while I was recovering.
Sophie was lovely too.

I had a FDL back in October 2025,Dr ALfie made feel at ease straight away and he was honest and transparent from start to finish, the girls were great always putting me at ease and answering my questions. I had my breast augmentation with Mr Alfie in January 2025, his expertise and reassurance in the build up to my procedure - and the support of his lovely team - made the process feel streamlined and organised. Several months following the procedure I experienced complications with necrotised transferred fat tissue. Mr Alfie's compassion, support and advocacy for my best outcomes has been outstanding. I could not recommend him, or his team at Delta Clinics more highly.

I was originally planning to go abroad for my treatment, thanks to Syeda she introduced me to Delta who from the very first consultation made me feel comfortable and very well informed - they did an amazing job — with a better price, and quality care and recovery in the comfort of my own home.

Huge thank you to Dr. Alfie, who was amazing! I’m such a scared patient and have no pain tolerance, but he made me feel completely safe and calm every step of the way.

Mr Alfie and his team at Delta Clinic are absolutely amazing ! The consultation with Mr Alfie who was very honest considering my age and skin elasticity definitely over delivered with his skill as a surgeon. I felt very safe and well looked after from pre to post surgery.The clinic is spotless and friendly also Dr Xavier the anaesthetist just made me laugh until I fell asleep. I am now 2 months post surgery after Vaser liposuction and would definitely highly recommend and use again .

I had a full tummy tuck and 360 liposuction on my waist and back. From my very first enquiry with the team, to chatting with Alex, having a video consultation with Dr. Alfie, the face-to-face consultation, the day of surgery, and even my aftercare — the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing!

I truly felt in safe hands and at peace throughout the journey. Honestly, I was initially nervous about going through these procedures, especially after hearing stories of people who travelled abroad and had bad outcomes, some even tragically not surviving. But the moment I met Dr. Alfie in my consultation, his reassurance and professionalism gave me complete confidence that I was in the best care.

Now at 7 weeks post-op, my friends and family are blown away by my transformation. Many even asked if I had a BBL alongside the surgery, but the truth is I only had a tummy tuck and lipo — and my new hourglass shape is simply gorgeous!

I can confidently say that Dr. Alfie and the Delta Clinics team are the best at what they do. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m so excited to see how my results continue to improve over the next 6 weeks when I’ll be 3 months post-op.

This surgeon scarred me for life and has refused to take any responsibility for his actions, he also works for Transform ( Bromsgrove) and poaches their clients for a cheaper price at his Delta clinic in London .

It happened to me , don’t let it happen to you .

You’re a disgrace to your profession Alfie , your name is out there for what you did to me .

Don’t trust his surgeon or Delta Clinics, both will ruin your life .

I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo and muscle repair with dr Alfie 4 weeks ago today!
I cannot fault from my first consultation how welcoming and professional he and his staff were.
Dr Alfie made me feel very calm even on the day of surgery, the nurses and anaesthetist I cannot fault one bit! All amazing!
Since my surgery any worry’s I’ve had Alex has been in contact straight away and nothing is a problem.
So glad I researched and came across delta clinic and choose them to have my surgery will highly recommend.

The whole experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Alex has been so attentive and has had patience of a saint with me. Nothing is too much effort for the team and Dr Alfie is not only a super star but really makes you feel at ease.

I had a very good experience, Dr Alfie is very good at what he does and very caring. The nursing team are equally as caring, they were available whenever I needed them as my healing was a bit slow but they were very supportive and concerned. Everything is healing nicely now and I can see I'm going to be very please with the results. Alex is also lovely, checked in on me regularly, and very reassuring. Overall a great team, even the receptionist is lovely. I will definitely be recommending Dr Alfie to some of my friends who want surgery.

I have attended Delta Clinics a few times now and I’m extremely impressed but the level of service and care consistently shown. The clinic is always very clean, welcoming and tidy. It has a lovely feel like being at home. The staff can’t do enough and Alex is always available to update me and answer my questions. I plan to have my surgery with the very talented Dr Alfie after seeing his incredible result with 2 of my friends who said they would never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting any cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.

My first point of contact was Alex who was extremely accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she would even check in with me outside of work hours.

Dr Alfie is very honest and explains everything very well. Dr Alfie takes so much time measuring and examining all aspects so that he can give you the very best results possible, it feels like he is an artist working on a sculpture. You can tell he is very passionate about his job, your body, and the final result.

On the day of my surgery I felt extremely comfortable and well looked after by all of the staff. This is my experience: I came across an advert on Instagram about this clinic as I was experiencing some severe problems in my stomach. I made contact with the surgery after doing my own research and reading the reviews, and the rest is now history!
Alex was my first point of contact, and she's been nothing short of amazing! Every question I had; she was able to answer. I then had an online consultation with Dr. Alfie who also was great and knew exactly what he was about! `
I was then scheduled to see Dr. Alfie face to face and it was such a pleasant consultation. My experience from the first point of contact with Alex, right through to the surgery with Dr Alfie and his team was great! I had a very successful surgery and now it's just a month after and I'm feeling great, and looking amazing!

I must also say thank you to the nurses who work along with Dr Alfie. They are indeed a very caring team!

From the first consultation I felt confident and informed of the risks having breast augmentation as a high risk I had a kidney transplant th doctor catered to the risk for infection and did warn me.
The procedure went seamless and no pain just uncomfortable for a day or two.
It felt like a family there the receptionist the nurses and all the doctors are fantastic I couldn’t recommend enough.i even went back 4 weeks later for rhinoplasty and was welcomed back with warm open arms and cared for in the same way as before highly recommend to anyone go and see Delta clinic.
