Two weeks prior to our conference we were feeling uncomfortable with the on-site AV provider at our conference venue and despite the tight timeline decided to look for a different partner. London Filmed not only responded to our RFP right away, but Scott quickly scheduled a call to talk through our program and really understand our needs and concerns. He also set up a call for us to meet the key players for our event and ensure our VP in charge of our General Session production was comfortable with the team. For the two weeks leading up to the conference there was constant communication and support from the London Filmed team and by the time we flew to London we felt we had a true partner who understood our event.

The on-site experience was as strong as the planning experience, every member of the team was professional, friendly, quick to respond and went above and beyond, going as far as helping us move tables and chairs when a session had to be moved at the last minute due to a power issue in the space.
