Mohammad Ali (aka London Heating Expert) was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned I was having problems with my bathroom sink taps. I was impressed from the outset with his prompt reply to my message, and with his clear communication. He was open and helpful, and came out early evening on a Saturday to do the job. He was very professional, installed the new taps quickly and efficiently and didn't over-charge. I will definitely contact him again next time something goes wrong with the plumbing, and won't hesitate to recommend him to other friends.

I lived in my property for 1 year now and I have had a serious problem with our boiler. The heating overheated and the whole house was a sauna or an early ice cave. There was nothing else in between.

Some radiators were not turning on and often we all slept and woke up in the cold.

I called several Electricians/ boiler guys who all said different things. But still they could not figure out why my heating was not working.

In complete honesty this electrocution came and had a thorough look at the boiler and was able to diagnose the problem.

Can’t thank him enough as my house now has one temperature flowing throughout.

Ali is the most professional and knowledgeable boiler engineer I have dealt with in ALL of my 18 years of living in London. Contacted him in the middle of winter on Sunday, got a fair quote on Sunday evening for fitting a new boiler, job completed on Tuesday with minimal fuss and huge amount of care and attention to detail. I’ve finally found my go-to heating/boiler expert.

We highly recommend Mohammed Ali. Our Heathmiser underfloor heating broke just as the temperature outside dropped sub-zero. After a failed attempt with another heating specialist, I called Mohammed Ali who found out what the issue was after a thorough diagnostic. There was air trapped in the pipes which he removed promptly and he also fixed some broken wirings and a a couple of mixed manifold valves. The highlights for us are: he is both plumbing and electrical expert and therefore can provide an holistic service, he worked also during the weekend given the emergency, he is very polite and a pleasure to work with. We will surely call Mohammed Ali again.

We have tried several plumbing companies,this one is by far the most efficient, professional and provides the best service money can buy for very reasonable fees. Mohammad has always found solutions when other could not help us (changing boiler, removing water tank in attic, annual check for boilers, leaks... yes, we live in an old flat!)! Cannot recommend high enough!

I requested the London Heating Expert to remove our 25 year old system boiler, its piping, loft water tanks , Immersion cylinder and flush 10 radiators. I sourced and provided a new 36Kw Baxi Combi boiler, a new radiator, TRV valves and a Salus RF Thermostat.

Mohammed Ali arrived as promised on time and with a colleague and worked diligently throughout the house and over three very full days completed all of the work as planned.
He then returned after two days to replace a problematic pipe section and did a second system check .

I wish I had known of London Heating Expert earlier on. I found this company to be incredibly professional, approachable and kind which is important to me. I could trust that they were honest and very knowledgeable in different kinds of heating appliances. They came out to fix my heating issue immediately and I found their rates to be very competitive in comparison to many other companies. I will definately be using them again.

I first contacted Mohammad about 2 years ago to book him in for a radiator power flush at my rental property, having been advised to do this by British Gas following endless callouts for a constantly breaking down heating system and a very unhappy tenant. At least a dozen British Gas engineers and private plumbers had tried and failed to diagnose the issue, I was literally calling in plumbers twice a week and spending thousands on 'repairs' only for the heating to go down again just a few days later.

Mohammad came along to do the power flush and took the time to email me a detailed description of the problem with the heating and tank system as he saw it and a suggestion on how to resolve it. I decided to go ahead and trust him to convert the system, and I am so happy that I did! Since then 2 winters have passed and the boiler has worked flawlessly.

Mohammad is friendly, knowledgeable and has an incredible work ethic. He takes the time to send you photos and videos via Whatsapp, explaining what the issues are and showing you what he has done to resolve them. I have also recommended him to a couple of friends and they have all been extremely impressed with his work as well.

and an incredible work ethic. His very own power flush
machine looks a bit ‘Heath Robinson’ but has all the bells and whistles to do a fantastic job.
