Incredibly efficient - following the loss of my keys I called up and Andrew was there in under 30 mins (this was at 10pm) and I was back in my house with the problem solved in under 40 mins from the time I called. Reasonably priced given out of hours service also.

SCAMMERS! Broke the lock on purpose to and pulled out a screw to make me think the repair had to be more expensive! Told him to go away and all I had to do was pull the screw back and the door opened immediately. There are loads of more honest services in London!

Live in E17, got locked out of my flat pretty late at night - Christian was here within 15 minutes and was very fast fixing the door. Cost was exactly what they said it would be (£75 + VAT). Whole thing done with 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend and use them again.

Got quoted £79 initially, guy got here and said as it’s a high security lock it would be £222. What he didn’t tell me until after he’d broken the lock was that the whole thing would need to be completely replaced and quoted me an additional almost £700 (so almost £1000 all in)

I called up the company that makes the lock (should have done this in the first place) who told me that not only did he rip me off to open the door and they might have been able to open it without damaging it, but only one part needed to be replaced which could be done for £250, and all in would have cost about £450 max.

*update - got told by second locksmith that he could have just gone through the letterbox without breaking the lock

I had an issue with the lock which they had fitted. They sent someone, John, immediately, 30 minutes after I reported the issue. John was very apologetic, saw the problem immediately and he fitted a completely new lock. This shows them to be a trustworthy company, that when things go wrong, which sometimes they do, they reacted immediately and set it right.

Călin was prompt and professional. Took him no time at all to get finished what we needed and was tidy and polite. Happy with the service.

SCAM - STAY AWAY! Quoted £75, charged £853.20 for what should've been a simple door opening. The locksmith drilled through our lock so he could then charge more. The lock did not need drilling through, they just did that so they could charge us 11 times more.

No customer service phone, they use a call centre dispatch who are trained to assure you the fee is just £75.

John is thoughtful and understanding. My aunt and I were locked out of her home and he arrived quickly. We were really grateful as it was pouring with rain.
He also helped installing a lockbox. John communicates well and carries out the work to a high standard.

chris gave excellent service and made the whole experience so easy and smooth. he was incredibly patient, had a great sense of humor, and worked really fast. he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and i genuinely felt supported the whole time. 5 stars, 10/10 assistance, couldn’t recommend him more!
