Truly exceptional service from Roland at Longhorn Funding. My credit union who I’ve banked with for over a decade would not qualify me for a bridge loan on my investment property even though there is well over 50% equity in it. All I needed was a little cash and some time to get me to the end of the final stage before I can sell the property to an end buyer. I have been in the real estate industry my entire career.
