I ordered the brown tracksuit in a size 14 with a 34 inch inside leg and very pleased with it. The material is very thick and great quality. The fit is absolutely perfect, especially the sleeve length (I have very long arms, even for being 5’10”). It’s a lovely deep, chocolate brown and the embroidered logos are discreet but well done. It’s a very warm, very comfortable tracksuit that looks great on. I was reluctant to spend £120 on a tracksuit but I feel that the overall fit and quality made it well worth the spend. Unfortunately it took quite a while to arrive, which was the only downside but I’m assuming that, as it’s a new company, they’re not going to have huge amounts of stock ready to go. I’ll definitely be purchasing from long legs London in future when I want good quality wardrobe staples. When I compare the items to other tall womens retailers (especially the god awful long tall sally), they’re definitely providing more luxurious goods that are designed to fit taller women and not be reduced to rags after a couple of washes (hello boohoo tall)

I live in the US and purchased pants from this store. The price was $179 plus a $49 dollar shipping fee which brought it to $288. They also said that if you are a first time purchaser, you get 10% off if you provide your email. So I gave my email to get the 10% off and never received a the coupon. So I emailed them and received a message indicating there’s no code and that the discount will automatically be applied…that wasn’t correct. So I bit the $288 bullet only to receive an invoice for an additional $41 dollars from DHL for another delivery fee. When I receive the receipt, the $49 dollar fee did not look applied. So now I’m out of $329….I finally received the pants and they did not fit well. So, I went to DHL, the same method in which it was sent, and they said it was going to be a $161 charge to send it back if I didn’t have a return label. I emailed the store and Long Legs London do not provide return labels. Needless to say, I ended up keeping the pants….pants I am unable to wear. I’ll never shop at this store again. Very disappointing and misleading…Lesson Learned!!

By this time, I had already hit purchase…believing that a percentage would have been deducted….but it’s all good. You got me!

I have had the exact same experience as another reviewer. Ordered the item, sizing wasn’t right so requested an exchange, received the exchange and sizing was still off plus poor product quality - loose threading everywhere and belt loops poorly attached. I returned the item and heard nothing for weeks, chased customer service - no response, tracked the item and could see it was being held due to a fee they had not paid. Royal Mail were unable to assist me further as they had send multiple cards to the address. I have emailed multiple times and attempted contact via social media with no response, no return update and no refund. It’s a shame because it’s a nice concept but avoid this company as their customer service is shocking and a scam. I share the same view as the other reviewer in that this appears to be deliberate to avoid refunding orders- my bank also agreed.

The fit of the trousers are unmatched. If you are a tall girly with long legs, this is your best plug. Love them ❤️

I received my order on 12th September and returned it on 24th September, with Royal Mail confirming delivery back to them on 26th September – the 14th day, well within the legal return window. Despite this clear evidence, they falsely claimed the return was late and denied my refund. This is untrue, contradicted by tracking, and a blatant attempt to avoid issuing a refund.

Under UK law, I am entitled to a full refund, yet they continue to withhold my money. On top of this, the items were damaged, I incurred extra postage costs due to insufficient postage, and every attempt I’ve made to resolve the matter has been ignored. Emails go unanswered, social media messages are deleted, and their customer service is non-existent.

This company’s behaviour is unacceptable and unlawful.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company entirely – they do not honour their legal obligations and cannot be trusted.

This customer service experience was so bad it was baffling. I was sent the wrong item twice, and had to go to the post office to return it each time. Communication was extremely slow. The second time I said I wanted a refund. I was promised one after sending back the second wrong item. I duly sent it back and could see it was received. The company then ghosted me entirely. I sent follow ups asking for my refund and never had an answer. I took this to mean that they essentially wanted to steal my money (for a frankly overpriced item) after majorly inconveniencing me. At this point they'd had my money for two months. I had to seek a refund through PayPal and though I got it, apparently the owner ignored PayPal too. Like I said... incomprehensibly bad. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have followed this brand from inception and have a few of thier pieces. I have had no course to complain. The clothes are tailored to perfection and the designs are amazing. I particularly love how the pyjamas feel on the skin.
