Vehicle sales side at Wellingborough take care
After 3-6 years of lease they sell their vehicles and looks like they take good care of them during this time. They offer new MOTs on most vans, meaning they won't MOT until you pay a £500 deposit. Then of course a fault is found and all repaired last minute. Take care though- it's their own on site MOT centre at Wellingborough and on the van I just bought they only told me it needed wheel bearings (usually this is normal wear) & head lamp. Then after I've paid >10k they give me the invoice listing brake disc and caliper yoke etc which is corrosion. None of which appears on the MOT hx. Now I know the other 3 sets won't be far behind. Don't expect them to budge much on price either. Other than that, everything was professional

Bedford branch of Longmarsh are excellent. At short notice they were able to arrange for a vehicle for us. This meant that we could still go on our family holiday after the car hire company we had originally booked with let us down. Staff were friendly and patient with us as we panicked in their office.
Would absolutely book with them again,

Awful customer service and zero will for customer retention. Do not answer questions. Charge for fuel when you fill up on your way back. Very pedantic. Avoid and use other friendly rental companies.
