A very disappointing experience for a first time buyer
For new customer, entitled a 25 % off yet it is with restrictions. The product I ordered ( Dr Hauschka- regenerating serum) is not entitled. Then I try 25APP using apps to place order, in vain again. Then I try LABOUR, coz today is Labour Day, again no discount on the product I ordered. A very disappointing experience with my first purchase.

the discount code application is not easy to use, need to check which code is the best for my shopping as I have many different products and brands.

Disappointed
First time using this site and there is a great discount in black friday. But then after 1 day of my purchase, I got an email said the order is cancelled without any reason. and I am not able to login as member again. Even I go to ask the customer service, just saying is security reason cannot disclose. Never experienced this in any other online shop. As I don't know the reject reason so I won't be able to try another purchase in this site again.

Ridiculous
Ridiculous customer service. I ordered 2 bottles of Aesop cream. One of the bottles shattered during delivery resulting in cream and glass fragments everywhere.
Though the other bottle did not crack, I was not comfortable with using it as glass could have went in.
I asked to return both items for a full refund or to replace both. They did not allow for either options and we’ve been going around in circles for days.
