Scam !!! Same experience as other customers. Advertised as Toronto company took the money send crappy product and gave thousand excuses not allowing the return. After multiple e mails they ghosted me completely!Dissapointment doesn’t even describe it the experience . Stay away from these thieves!!!

COMPLETE SCAM! Do not purchase anything from here as they are worst than shein quality and when I asked for a refund, they said there was something wrong with their return system so they will get back to me. They never did and I still followed up a month later and they GHOSTED me and now their website is completely different. DO NOT BUY from here at all cost unless you want to get scammed!

One star is generous. Bought a dress in July. Still have not received it. Communicated to them for 2 months and now have ghosted me. No refund and no dress. A true scam.

Complete scam. Never got my package. At first they were responsive when I expressed concern at the delays, but then when I requested a refund, they stopped answering.

This company is absolute BS. I ordered a dress from them for a wedding, and it never arrived. They claimed it was shipped through some random third-party Asian shipping website, but the tracking link never updated once. Super sketchy from the start. I emailed them over a dozen times just trying to get a simple update, and it took forever to even get one useless reply that didn’t answer anything.

When I finally did hear back, they gave me a basic, bullshit excuse saying their “systems were down” and they couldn’t process refunds at the time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited two weeks, and followed up again — but still got no response. Like seriously, your systems can’t be down that long. It’s obvious they just ignore customers once they have your money.

They don’t have a legitimate Instagram account, no physical store, and their so-called customer service is practically nonexistent. Everything about this company screams scam. The only way I managed to get my money back was by filing a chargeback through my bank.

Save yourself the stress, time, and frustration — do not order from here. Who has the energy to chase a fake company for weeks over an item that’s never going to arrive, especially when they promise delivery times they can’t even meet?

They go by Loura Toront now, LouraToronto. 1000% a scam! After an Apple Pay purchase with them, my cc was compromised and I never received the item I ordered. Even after I contacted them, they blocked me on social media and will not respond to my emails anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Ordered two dresses, one is ok and I can deal with it. The second dress not as described. Should be all one piece but there is actually a cut out/open between bottom and top. When you put it on you can't notice it as much. Lily symphony of grace corset dress. Very cheaply made as well. Material is super thin and feels like it could rip at anytime.
Still waiting on refund instruction. They said there is an internal problem processing. This has been on going for over 2 months now. I have no hopes based on all the reviews I am now seeing. Next time I will fully research the company. They claim to be Canadian but I am seeing China everywhere. Might as well have ordered from Shien or Temu.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Tracking number indicated it was "returned to sender" from China to Canada. Yet it advertises as a Canadian company.
I have no hope on receiving any refund or product for that matter; based on the comments I'm reading here.

SCAMMERS... I'm still waiting on my refund. It's been over 45 days now. They are not replying to my emails anymore either.

Ordered a dress in chocolate brown. The address arrived fire truck red. The dress also had an overseas brand label on the back and felt cheap as well. Requested a refund - received a response saying yes. Never got a refund. No response since. Site is shut down. Never again.

My dress arrived and looked nothing like the ad. When I tried to return it I received and automated chat gpt message that they were having technically difficulties and would reach out. I have since email customer service 4 times and have not heard back.

I would give this rating even less. Dress was advertised as a $300 dress on sale for $80. Looked beautiful in the picture so I ordered it. When it arrive it was shoved in a small bag, no tags, no instructions, and the material is worse than things my mom has ordered off of temu. I immediately emailed them and proclaimed my disappointment, took them over a week to get back to me and said I could ship it back to CHINA at my own expense but it would take a long time, and be expensive. Extremely disappointed as I had to buy another dress for the wedding I was attending last minute. Bad customer service, horrible products, falsely advertised, and I am not one to be upset over something like this but I am.

Definitely should be a zero. I have been dealing with this company from an order placed back in early July took well over a month to get the package numerous back and forth emails with little support. The package finally arrived in end of August and one of my items were missing. I emailed immediately sent all requested documentation in and now their return system is broken and still no refund and they haven’t responded to my last email. Disgusting company don’t ever order from them

If I could give this company a zero I would. Complete scam!! Garbage dresses and claim 30 day money back guarantee however when I requested a return label I was told they are having problems with the return system and couldn’t process at this time. I mentioned my concern about the time frame and was assured they would honour my return. Three weeks later….and they are not responding to my emails. I am stuck with 200$ worth of garbage from china.

If there was a big fat zero I would give this store.
I got a dress and was small. Seller told my to ship it back to china on my own cost!!!!
So you better go on SHEIN or other sites and buy one same but more affordable as now we know this website gets the products from china!

Clothes are from China. Bad quality. No brand stickers. Wrong sizing etc..

Website is a scam. Says free returns but they didnt accept any returns. Now im stuck with items that looks like a cheap shein material and not like the pics at all and one that doesnt fit. Terrible customer service. Do not buy

Very poor quality and a total scam. They won't refund, they keep saying they have a problem and they cannot process return. They have mutiple stores open under different names selling the same items. Beware!

Do not buy from this site. The dress I purchased came looking like a table cloth and was not as pictured. When I tried to return it, they only offered a 20% refund. I insisted on getting a refund and they sent me a return address in China that Canada Post could not find. I emailed them again for a refund and they said they cannot process refunds at this point. So upsetting to be scammed like this.

Really cheap and poor quality. Tried to return it and they replied saying they’re having difficulties and cannot process returns right now… such a waste of money and a scam. Don’t buy.
