Ordered shorts and said they were delivered and they said they would resend and that one said delivered so I never received anything. But they got my money!!!! SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I cancelled my order with 2 hours and they charged me £7 SCAMMERS
Don’t place any orders with them

Ordered shorts back in June 2026 took a month th get here says it was delivered but never received items.They offered to resend they did again showed delivered never received them.
Plus link to purchase expired..
Pretty sad people do this.
Big Scam

Fake and dodgy company. Everything is fake there. No return available on any item even if we pay our own postage. Please do not buy front here and this website should be shut down.

Fake company. Ordered and paid (£50) for leather sandals and received plastic ones. Upon asking for a return, I was given an address in China, although the company address is Denmark, and no return postage was provided. I paid for postage and returned them. After 6 months, the shoes were returned because the address was wrong and no one claimed them.

I ordered from this place off of Facebook and it took over a month before the shipment showed delivered... But I accidentally entered the wrong zip code, which is weird because I don't even know where that zip code came from. But my physical address was correct and when I looked up my address with that zip code it had on the delivery, Google automatically pulled up my correct zip code. So we emailed back and forth a few times and they said they would reship my order again but for me to correct any address or zip codes that needed to be corrected. I emailed them my whole address along with correct zip code . Well now the package shows delivered but they never made the corrections on the zip code and since there is no same physical address in that zip code area .. I don't know who or where they delivered the package to... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

I am still waiting on my shorts i was told it was delivered on my porch. No picture taken no proof of delivering it. And I did not get it. I contacted your company and now they're saying they delivered it again on August 2nd or whatever. And then they delivered it. I did not get it, so your company is lying. And I'm going to put you on Facebook, where I found you.

Would have given a zero if I could. I was one of those people who as I ordered had other items added by their system and no way to remove them. I contacted them to cancel but they said it was too late although it was only a couple of minutes since I ordered. They told me to accept my order and return what I didn’t want for a refund. They only sent me part of the order although they insisted they had sent the complete order. I returned everything they had sent me and after numerous emails to their company managed to get them to refund what I had paid for those items but the would not accept that some items were missing and would not refund me the rest of my money so I have lost about £50. They still advertise and people should be aware the whole thing is a scam. I didn’t if even their positive reviews are true.

They took my money then blocked my email address so I cant track or reach out to them.they are definitely a scam site if I could protect one person from making this mistake dealing with them I've done my job.

SCAM! No one will return my messages by email, through the website, or by phone. Items arrived 2 weeks late. Also quality of items are cheap.

Ordered an item that did not fit. They wanted me to keep it for 10% discount. But it was too small they said I had to return it. Which I did. That was in May of last year, I have proof of posting it back. And now they are saying they cannot find the order. Do not use this company. Really bad customer service.

Dress ordered and was awful quality. Returned dress and the postage was almost half the cost of the item. I did everything as instructed and four months later I still have not received any refund or communication. They are a scam and they treat their customers like dirt. Do not ever use this disgusting company. Absolutely awful experience

Ordered a Callaway branded golf jacket from Loravelle a few months ago. Turned out to be a poor quality copy. As it was not what I ordered, I tried to demand a refund but they kept trying to offer me partial refunds if I agreed to keep the jacket. They said the only way to get a full refund was to return it to China at my expense. I ended up getting a refund via my credit card company instead.

I returned shoes to an address in China more than three months ago and I'm still waiting for a refund!

This company is 100% a scam. Very poor quality goods, virtually non existent customer service.
They will not offer a refund and try to make you order more items instead.
DO NOY BUY from these cowboys!!! You will waste your money and get nowhere

Scam company. Costs £60 to return items. Save the hassle money and stress and DONT ORDER!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST.!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY SELLS TEMU /SHEIN/AMAZON ITEMS 100% POLYESTER CLAIMING TO BE WOOL/LEATHER/MOHAIR. I PUSHED HARD FOR A REFUND - TOOK WEEKS TO GET AS FAR AS 60% REFUND BUT THEY STILL WANT THE ITEM RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE TO CHINA. I ENDED UP ASKING BARCLAYS TO LOOK INTO THEM AND I WAS FULLY REFUNDED FROM LORAVELLE AND THE COAT IS NOW UP ON VINTED FOR SALE AS 100% POLYEASTER COAT WIN WIN.
I WILL BE SENDING THEIR DETAILS TO CHINESE FRAUD TEAMS.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Never delivered order and have stopped answering my messages when I’ve been asking for a refund. Criminals and scam. I ordered on 5th September

I bought two dresses at a cost of over £70 and did not like them so sent them back at great expense to China, their distribution centre is in Holland. I have conversed with their support for months now and they are saying that I have to pay Customs duty on the returned item and only get half a refund .
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS IN GETTING YOU MONEY BACK.
