Have ordered twice from Lord Gun - and will always try to support local (Australian) company - but low or no stock here and available from Lord Gun - no hesitation to use again. Genuine products and website that tells you what is in stock, fast post and delivery to Australia with excellent communication on order processing.

Wouldn’t use this company again. Ordered cycling shoes that didn’t fit and were given no option to exchange for a bigger size. Paid over $60 in postage and then got charged multiple fees to returns shoes. Ended up loosing close to $200

I was a little reluctant about buying a bike from overseas but my bike only took a few days to arrive (once shipped, it was a model on backorder), very happy. I even ended up with a upgraded one from what I ordered (Cannondale upgraded the specs I'd say)

I needed a SRAM power meter crank for my new gravel bike. None were available in Australia so I returned to Lordgun and had it delivered to my partner who was on holiday in Portugal. All worked seamlessly, package was delivered on the day it was promised. Price was pretty good too.
