Awful! I ordered my bag on September 1st and it’s now September 16th. There shipping policy is 5-8 Business days. Totally a scam and still haven’t received it. I have emailed multiple times and the same response comes with a tacking link. No one has given me an ETA. Bag never came and paid a good about of money for and on top of that, terrible service
The bags are cheap and not worth the sticker price.The web page is deceptive . Once you received the bag and you want to return the bag. They give you return address which is in unknown place in china.which web page don’t say. The cost to return fall on your lap. They will then say they will return you 1/3 the price of bag. So throwing you money away th this scam company.😢
Don‘t buy there! I am sure the reviews are all fake. I made a big order about 700Euros. ALL the bags were of pretty low quality and most important NOTHING like the pictures online. I tried to contact them and say i would keep only one piece because the others did not match the pictures. The answer was : We packed everything right and do you have a video opening the order!
They are scam, do not buy here. If the company were in Europe i would sue with no second thoughts. Before that i had only tried to order twice in the past only to get informed weeks later that the products were not available but at least then i got my money back. After the last experience and losing 700Euros i cannot recommend the company.
First time ordering from this company, my experience was great and I had no issues at all , I love my bag, but now I wish I ordered the Larger one 😂, I’m satisfied still the same. The quality is great, I have really expensive bags , but you can’t really tell it from the not so expensive ones!!! Overall I had a great experience with this company. I have no complaints at all!!!
I’ve had multiple people think it was the real deal- it’s very good quality!!

The bag got scratched in the bottom within 2 outings. Not at all durable. It was not suitable as a tote bag. And I had not realized it was a fake Goyard. I thought it was similar but it says Goyard. I cannot recommend. Two stars because it looked nice.

Ordered a bag in the wrong colour accidentally and tried contacting them on the same day. Got 0 reply, and the phone was not picked up. Then tried calling on the following 3 days, but the outcome was the same. Very poor customer service.

Item looked nothing like the image, threads were hanging loose from the bag and I emailed 3 times for a refund and never got a response.
