Esta é uma empresa de aldrabice! NÃO COMPREM NADA A ESTES COBRADORES ABUSIVOS (PARA NÃO DIZER FRAUDULENTOS).
Encomendei um produto em promoção, paguei com cartão de crédito, fizeram a minha "subscrição" NÃO AUTORIZADA e cobraram mensalmente da minha conta bancária cerca de 45€ por mês, por 3 vezes (desde Dezembro de 2019 a Fevereiro 2010).
Tive que cancelar o cartão de crédito e apresentar queixa em todas as instâncias (à própria empresa, Google, Banco, Cartão de Crédito e autoridades policiais)

First, the terms of the free-trial offer must be presented at the point of sale in a clear and conspicuous way, that we do!
Second, the customer MUST click on a box, (next to the terms) and once they click (the box) that presents a visible check mark next to the terms, indicating that you have read and agreed to the terms of the offer. The order can not be completed OR move forward without you checking that box giving us permission to charge your card, and that you did if you completed the order!
Third, We must present, in a clear and conspicuous way all the ways for you to CONTACT us and CANCEL the order and that we do. (INCLUDING, EMAIL, HELP DESK, LIVE CHAT, MY ACCOUNT AND PHONE)
Fourth, we also provide an unsubscribe button on all emails, making it very easy to no longer get emails from us. That said, I have unsubscribed your email.
Please note,
1. We have canceled your subscription and you will not be billed anymore.
2. We will refund your order.
I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue but please understand that many many customers go through this same process, without issue. The HBI stands behind our products and business practices, we have been in business for 18 years and while we are not perfect we work very hard to do things right.
