absolute sh*t show of a company - customer service online chat are just giving answers from a generic script - no reason whatsoever why my withdrawal is being held up - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don’t understand why people are leaving this casino bad reviews just because they didn’t receive bonuses.

I deposited £30 last night and ended up winning £1200. I had no issues withdrawing — the money showed in my account the next morning, and I didn’t even need to verify my account.

Overall, I had no problems at all and a really smooth experience.

Won £2500 off this site haven’t received it. I confirmed all verification documents now asking for all different bank statements to which Iv have given them all. Told them this is added stress trying to get out winnings they blocked my account I can’t access it now as they claim the stress is due to gambling. This company find anything not to give you your winnings. Because I kept going on live chat asking for updates they have blocked me.
Not heard from anyone in 5 days now via email ! Disgusting behaviour I’m taking it further as they shouldn’t be aloud to treat people that way.

Do not listen to all this negativity myself and my partner use the same bank account I opened an account in my name and used his/our bank to deposit!! Soon as I make a deposit they have asked for documents every uk casino site I've been on have always accepted a birth certificate not this site they want your face and everything else that gose with it so now ive got pending withdrawls that they wont give to me and told me if I don't buy an Id card in 30 days they will hold my funds and close my account. Should ask for documents before another deposit is allowed to be made. Go play somewhere else wouldn't bother with this site.
