Transfer money

My experience is good using Lotus Money exchange online platform. Without any hustle, i was able to transfer money to my account. I noticed some to conversion rates are not attractive to compare with your compotators, looking forward for improvement.

I have always had a good experience… except today.

I have always had a good experience doing transfers via Lotus Remit except for today when I needed funds in India urgently. It is a working day in India on 1st Nov 2025 except for Karnataka and Uttrakhand. Still have not received funds in my account in Delhi/Noida bank when most of the times it is credited on same day.

While our transactions are usually credited on a quickly basis, this particular delay occurred due to an unexpected technical issue on the beneficiary bank’s end. Our team was actively monitoring the situation, but unfortunately, it caused an additional processing time than usual.
