Great to deal with
My first order from Louella Belle and I'm so pleased. Delighted with my items. Customer service fabulous. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed to get started and Suzanne was so helpful. I will be back!

I had placed an order for footsie bath…
I had placed an order for footsie bath liners, unfortunately they had not arrived and I was asked to leave a review so I left a review saying I had not received my items.
Sophie contacted myself letting me know they had refunded my account, as they did not have the amount of liners I had ordered.
Louella belle has kindly sent me 10 footsie liners free of charge, what a wonderful company and I high recommend Louella belle.

It was my first purchase with Louella Belle . I purchased an IBX kit and the training to go with it. It was very straightforward received the products very quickly and can’t wait to do the training next month and offer it to my clients .
