Items very beautifully packaged and shipping was super fast. I had thought shipping would take a while since I am in the US but my order was received in days. Craftsmanship is impeccable.

I purchased Louise Carmen Honore in prune/plum.
Shipping time from day I placed order untill parcel arrived was 12 days in total, 8 business days. Shipping was within Europe, but outhside of EU.
Something I really love about Louis Carmen Honore are its proportions, size and how stiching on the back, because of big back pocket, affects shape of Honore model. Leather is pleasant to touch, it smells nice. Color prune is beautiful and I'd say color in person is pretty close to pictures on LC website. Engraving is lovely, I love font Louise Carmen uses. I'm also pleased with notebooks that are included.
The only downside is price and how fees adds up based on high price of the product.
Overal, I'm happy with my purchase and I would buy again from this brand.

Hi Julie. I got my order FINALLY yesterday. I am not so Happy. First of all the shipping company you use is not efficient at all. Within Europe should not take so long. Imagine if you order something as a birthday gift. You will not make it. Very SLOW delivery company. For your information I order from paper republic and I had the items LITERALLY in 3 DAYS. Secondly your package system is not good at all. I got my leather notebook folded and tilted. Bented as well. Very poor packing for such an expensive product. Thanks. Dr. LOIZOS PRASTITIS

I really loved the fact that my parcel arrived in a week and that my journal is beautiful and just what I expected, I’m already thinking about getting another one. 😊

They are a bit pricey, but since they can last a lifetime I thought the investment was worth it.

The web page could maybe use an improvement on the switching between languages, and on telling us customers accurately which items aren’t available at the moment of ordering instead of just not confirming the purchase and then we have to start over with the whole order.

But all in all a great experience and a beautiful product. 😊

I have wanted a Louise Carmen for so long now and wished I could have experienced it in person in store, but I have no plans to visit Paris. The website is easy to navigate if you change it to English, my main issue was deciding between the pocket and the Ernest! I went for the Ernest in Plum with Burgundy cord and I absolutely love it. I will also purchase a portfolio in Amerento when I can afford it, love love love my LC Journal and I am so glad I have joined this family. The packaging is amazing and the time it took to get from Paris to York, England was less than a week

I ordered online and had no issues! My notebook was set up exactly how I ordered it and the charms were cute and high quality. I was nervous spending so much money on something I couldn’t see in person but was super happy with the experience :)

I ordered my Ernest notebook through the Louise Carmen's website on Tuesday evening and he arrived on Saturday. The leather smells and feels beautiful, the dark brown notebook and dusty pink portfolio are just right together.

Everything about this purchase was so magical for me. I had been eyeing a travelers notebook for quite some time, and i was stuck between getting a cheap one or getting an expensive one by PR or LC and im so glad I stuck by my choice and got a LC journal instead (as i found the PR to be quite expensive with all the customization). I’m no way regretting anything other than not buying the portfolio jack alongside it too (defo will be my next purchase). The free refills and discount deal of an all black pages refill was an amazing addition for my journal ecosystem. Will definitely be my go to place for when I go to Paris to buy the pocket version!! Our package shipped within days of ordering in a well packaged box. At first, I was a little nervous about the condition of the product after reading some reviews on Reddit. But my Roadbook arrived in perfect condition! It’s my Christmas gift so I’m very excited to use it in December.
