Product is great quality…so cute and arrived exactly when expected

The product is great super soft and good quality. They have a beautiful blend of colors and options. I am disappointed about purchasing on Black Friday and not realizing that i am not able to exchange a product based on color, I can understand not being eligible for a refund/ return but these types of restrictions will determine future orders for me.

I love the prints and designs! I’m disappointed as the headband I ordered to match a newborn gown and 6 month outfit, doesn’t match. The headband print is much fainter than the fabric of the other pieces. I contacted the company and they said they can’t guarantee a match, which is not a satisfying answer. Our new baby is due in a few weeks, so I’m out of time to order something different and left feeling not great about the quality issue and customer service. This was an outfit I was really excited for, and hoped to bring baby home from hospital in!

I placed an order. Upon receiving it I saw they shipped a wrong color. Before even having time to reach out to them about the mistake I recieved a few days later the correct color.

Love this company and their products. They are soft, stretchy, and made with great quality materials for your baby and children’s clothing. They have so many cute patterns and children accessories to complete any look!

I have ordered MANY things over the last 7 years!! Their blankets and quilts are top notch!! I even ordered a large size for myself! The quality is perfect and my babies are so happy in the clothing! I do have to say though, hats and mitts are tiny, definitely for new babies under 8-9 lbs about…

These products are simply the Best! From the quality material to the design! We get the most compliments when our sweet boy is in Lou Lou’s ❤️ and the owners are simply gold. Genuinely outstanding people.

I have bought several items from this brand and up to now..very satisfied.
I bought several items recently and two of the shirts bamboo streaked their colour...I thought it might be my washing powder having spoken to the Lou-Lou shop...I bought same item again and hand washed it cold and the few marks...a small amount of spilled milk stained and its still there...so although this material looks good but disaster if marked. I applied water on the milk stain right away!

We absolutely love EVERYTHING we have gotten from Lou Lou and company. The clothes are amazing and our little man looks great in them. We know they are PJs but they are so comfy we have to rock them all the time! We just bought a few sets for our daughter who is older and will grow into them. Thanks for making a great product.

I would give 0 starts if I could!!! Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. I spent $600 on clothing for my newborn premie baby girl (6 lbs) and their 0-3 mo clothes were for literal dolls!!!!! I sent photos and notified them within 4 days of receiving the products and they told me to pound sand. Reported them to AMX and BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I would provide them a zero star. Worst customer service I could ever imagine. I placed an order of swaddle headband and mittens. All the three were in worst quality ever all fully covered in lint. Which I could not use it in baby. When I tried to contact them the customer service did not respond to my consern . Please refrain buying from here.

Beautiful and cute clothes but lately you never know if you are going to get a snagged item or a missing button or snap. It’s pretty scary buying from them for a gift for someone because the item may have issues.

Their clothing are adorable and soft, but they have very very major quality control issues and refuse to address any of them, while simultaneously upping their prices. I’ve spent a lot of money with them, and bought a lot of product- their sizing is incredibly inconsistent and the snaps and buttons routinely have issues. I just wish they would focus more on quality and less on cranking out prints.

Product had holes in it, reached out to customer support within month of purchasing but was not given any warranty option. Just told it was outside their return policy. Have purchased from this company several times, they were unwilling to work with me or even offer a discount.
