I received a faulty item. Had a prompt response from Mia. She sent me an alternative as my original item was no longer in stock. Not ideal to receive a faulty item but these things happen and can’t fault their helpful response.

Mia was really helpful with resolving my issue. I have had Lovall leggings for years. Unfortunately a hole appeared in my new leggings, at the top of my thighs, not even had them for 3 weeks. I sent a picture across and she has been great with communication, understanding and sending me a new pair out.

I would like to take a moment to give huge recognition to Charlotte from Lovall for her truly amazing customer service. From start to finish, Charlotte provided an outstanding level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness that made my entire experience so positive.
Charlotte was incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to fully understand my situation and ensure that everything was handled properly. She communicated clearly, followed up when needed, and made me feel completely supported throughout the process. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing the best possible outcome, rather than just doing the bare minimum.
What really stood out was how approachable and reassuring she was. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt listened to and valued as a customer, which is sadly rare these days. I ordered a pair of trousers and when arrived they unfortunately had a small rip. I contacted customer services and Charlotte was helpful and sorted a replacement pair promptly. Friendly and efficient service!

Lovely leggings, the fit is perfect however, they have bobbled and lost some colour of time and I can no longer wear them. I think re purchasing to have this happen is a waste of money as they are expensive to do this

Buyers beware when ordering as charged twice basically if have to return something.
At least with other places its either free returns or you get the postage back!

I looked at the leg length guide when buying some jeans and did not realise that these lengths were more for the Leggings so they were off from what I expected.
I reached out and Mia responded and was most helpful. All resolved and I am very happy with the outcome.

This was my first time buying from Lovall and I was very happy with the quality of joggers which were the perfect leg length on me as a petite lady. The soft fleece inside is so cosy and I will definitely be buying from Lovall again which also has excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service! I love my leggings from Lovall and have many pairs. Unfortunately there was a small issue with one pair I recently ordered and having got in touch with their customer service team (Mia) they offered me several options to rectify the problem. I chose for a free replacement and I'm very happy with this outcome. They take on board your concerns and are very happy to accommodate you as a valued customer.

Price VS Quality don't add up
I've been purchasing lovall leggings since 2023, thought I'd found the best leggings so didn't mind the price tag, they there buttery smooth and washed up so well. I felt a slight change in fabrics when I re purchased last year but I've just had 4 new pairs of leggings arrive and the fabric is so so so different.
Its stiff, doesn't feel buttery and the size I've always bought feels tiiiiight! Which is odd considering I've lost weight! Oh and god forbid you had a thicker set of calves!
Thankfully I had a voucher so I'm not out my own personal money. However, I'll certainly be avoiding this brand in the future. For the price they are charging the quality it outrageous.
