I called dave about a house I was purchasing after a long chat on the phone I decided to get Dave to do the job. His report came the day after he surveyed the property in great detail. He answered a lot of questions I had about it great gentleman knows his stuff the pictures he took from the property and the drone photos and details he went in to on each photo was amazing. 5* company 100% use again if I buy another house.

It was our mortgage broker who recommended Dave, telling us how competent and meticulous he was. That certainly turned out to be the case. He carried out our survey just 2 working days after we contacted him and spent over 2 hours at the empty property,
armed with a drone.
At 10pm that evening we received the 86 page survey document. This included detailed photographs and reports on all the issues that needed attention, along with estimated costs, in his professional opinion, to rectify each one.
We contacted him the following day, to discuss his findings at length, where he also emphasised that he would be available to speak to both the estate agents and solicitor, if they needed clarification on any aspects of the issues highlighted in the survey.
He also guided us through the next steps to take, concerning the purchase.
All in all, his standard of work was above and beyond our expectations.

Great communication and easily explained

We used Dave to conduct a survey on a property we wanted to buy in Whitley Bay. The survey was very thorough and a warts and all document - just what we needed. Recommended .
