Really reliable and really professional; Shah moved everything so quickly and was very careful with my fragile items and mirror. 100% recommend them if you want the job completed properly.

Excellent

Excellent. Mian was extremely helpful and accommodating, including going the extra mile to ensure everything was left the way it was. Could not recommend highly enough and would definitely use again.

Helpful and easy to move

Mian was on time and he quickly checked stuff and arranged to load along with other guy who was also very helpful. This was a nice experience and smooth move.
Would recommend to get the move service from Mian.

Booking deceitful

While booking, you get the impression you have paid for the service.

Actually all you have paid for is the time slot to start the service.

You get the real bill halfway into the service.

I'm happy that I choose this company…

I'm happy that I choose this company because they are more cheaper than others even that they was charging me, it was my fault anyway because I didn't told them that they will need to carry my belongings and furniture more than 50m because I didn't had a place where they can park the van and because I had much more stuff that I mentioned, but the driver O... Was very kind and very understanding and he agreed to do a harder job than expected! I thank this company for its Professionalism and its 2 employees who helped me!!!

I feel completely ripped off by this…

I feel completely ripped off by this company. I inadvertently booked consecutive moving dates. When I asked for a refund on the unused moving date I was informed that the two dates had been merged due to the fact I had one extra box and a small display cabinet to move.
I was charged an extra £10 for the cabinet, which could have been covered by the merged moving fees. I was offered a £10 refund which would have ok with. But because I gave the company a one star review on Trust Pilot they informed me that they would only refund my £10 if I deleted my review.
I will never use this company again
