Placed my Love Hug Necklace order No 426569 on the 5th of January 2025, It was delivered on January the 17th 2025. Pretty quick from the States and in the holiday season too. It was beautifully packed and came with a lovely message. It is hard to find the right gift for someone who has almost everything. But after 50 years together I found it impossible not to buy the Love Hug necklace for my wife. The moment I saw it on your page it became my wifes. We still hug kiss and hold hands whilst walking together. The beautiful necklace was,is typical of us and displays how we feel about each other. Now if I am not around my lady has a hug anytime she needs one. Thank you very much. Tony from Australia.

It’s been 20 days since I ordered the hug ring and it still has not shipped. Customer service has been useless, they replied once with a generic response about their 7-10 day shipping. I’m having to back charge via my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, TERRIBLE COMPANY

Update 20.01.25 - I need to now update my review. Since receiving the necklace and emailing saying it was not of the quality we expected Valerie has been fantastic. She responded straightaway and offered a full refund but we would need to return it or to pick any other item from their stock regardless of price and keep the original order. We have chosen an alternative and they processed this and are trying their best to get this to us by the anniversary date. Credit where credit is due, the after service was eventually what I would expect and we do appreciate the understanding from the company, I have therefore amended my review to reflect the customer service following the initial feedback.

Update 15.01.25 - This is now received but it is of really poor quality and not worth the money paid and that was half price! Shocking, my FIL is really upset as you can expect, told him to return it but he is 83 and doesn’t want the hassle! Not received the necklace yet but I have emailed twice and no response. Just an autogenerated acknowledgement. It would be good if they just responded within the 48 hours they say they will. This is an order that my 83 year Father in law made and who now thinks he will not get the goods for his wife, for their diamond wedding anniversary. Sad that their lack of communication could let them down and lead to a below standard review

The employees that I interacted with were very courteous and professional. Sometimes I don't get nice employees to help me. Love & Crafted employees were super nice.

The jewelry is really good quality! I got this for my gf and she was in love! Recommend, just the shipping and tracking might be a bit confusing but it does come!

i orderd a gift for my wife from 13 december i didnt recived it till today shein is faster than u people it says in the website ship to canada take 7 to 10 BD almost a month now

Ordered my items 3 weeks ago. Received a couple of responses but crickets for more than two weeks now. Looks like a scam. Will be calling my bank to get the funds back. Beware SCAM!!!!!!

I am delighted with the hug ring I received today, beautifully presented, I was a little worried because of the time it took, but if you read delivery times, the parcel arrived spot on time.

I bought the gold hug ring as a gift and I’m very happy with the quality. Beautiful ring and love the sentiment behind it and also the verse on the card. Well presented in the gift box which I purchased. I had a small query about the delivery and my email was responded to quickly. I would use this company again and can recommend them.

I promised, to do another review on your hug necklace after receiving not one but two new ones as a replacement for my original gift from my partner.
I couldn’t see a section to put up my review so am sending it now in this email to you.
My partner had purchased a beautiful hug necklace for me & after only a short while I had problems with my chain’s clasp & eventually the clasp bit broke right off.
I absolutely loved my gift from him & I was utterly devastated & disappointed that it was no longer able to be worn. He was also upset & disappointed.
I did a review mentioning this dilemma & I was immediately contacted by Love & Crafted & they were amazing as they wanted to send another hug necklace as a replacement. I was totally gobsmacked that they would do this for me.
We were back & forth with communications but in the end they messaged me to say it was on its way & a courier would deliver it to me.
I received not one but 2 parcels, both exactly the same with a hug necklace in each small parcel. I was so over the moon with joy, happiness & still can’t believe that Love & Crafted were so generous by sending me two. My partner is away at present & he is coming home this Friday & he will be immensely delighted to see my replacement gifts as well as the joy in my face when I show him.
10/10 Love & Crafted, your business is a very caring one that you don’t see much of these days & I will definitely recommend this business every time for jewellery crafted with love. Bravo LOVE & CRAFTED. 👍👍 ❤️❤️ 👏
