I would rate it nothing if i could....ordered over a week ago and still dont have a tracking #.....when i reach out to them they keep sending me tracking numbers that aren't even in usps system and refuse to actually answer questions...NEVER ORDER FROM THESE POEPLE

The delivery issue had nothing to do with the company and when I reached out to them, they were quick in responding. I really appreciate that.

I saw the Gold Hug Necklace on Facebook one day and shared it with my husband because I really loved the design and the saying. That was some months ago and I totally forgot about it. Fast forward to our 27th wedding anniversary and what does my honey present me with? This amazing necklace! I can actually say it's more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It came beautifully packaged too. This is a necklace that I will cherish forever.

Ordered the hug ring and received a crappy necklace. Customer service has not responded however they keep sending emails asking me to rate my experience. My answer: Horseshit!

Bought a hug necklace for £36, that was advertised as silver for my mothers birthday. It arrived in a nice presentation box which I paid £8 extra for. On opening it the chain was almost a dark grey steel and I could tell from the colour and sound of it that it was definitely not silver. Extremely embarrassing! I was unable to give this as a gift and had to run out last minute to find something else which I was obviously out of pocket for. I contacted the company and they didn’t deny it wasn’t silver as advertised and offered me something else from the website saying I didn’t need to return the original necklace. I told them no, that I wanted a full refund as I was already out of pocket having to buy another gift. I was told I’d need to post the original necklace back to America and if it didn’t reach them in 7 days from the date I was sent the return instructions then I wouldn’t receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If I had bought a genuine item and simply didn’t like it I would have happily paid the postage costs to return it. However I was mis sold something I bought in good faith. Furthermore, on looking online, I discovered the exact same necklaces are being sold on Amazon and eBay for £3!!! Absolute rubbish jewellery that you wouldn’t dream of giving to someone as a special gift. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs and spend your money on a decent genuine item that someone would be happy to receive as a gift. I intend on reporting this company to PayPal in the hope I do get my well earned money returned to me
