I received a dress totally different from my order. The pants look nothing like they do on the website. Now they expect me to pay over $60 to return it. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order with Lovebeihai over 3 weeks ago, nearing four weeks or longer, and unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. Despite having several items in my basket, my initial order has not been delivered. Regrettably, there seems to be no available method of contacting this establishment. While I would like to continue supporting Lovebeihai, I am currently quite disappointed. I will ensure to request a refund through my bank.

The quality of fabric is poor and the top was white and the pants were beige.

I made the mistake of not checking these reviews before buying. I believed I was buying a beautiful linen dress however received a very bad knock off. Seller refused to refund unless I paid for my own return shipping so I would always be out of pocket. She then said I could keep the dress, that I didn't want, and she would refund me 30%. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and was refunded straight away. I wish I could upload photos of what I ordered versus what I received. Lovebeihai is a scam site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

J’ai fait une commande de maillot de bain. Je reçois de leur part dans mes indésirables un message comme quoi ma commande n’est pas finalisée. J’envoie sur le mail la preuve de mon paiement. Et chose bizarre l’adresse mail est fausse. Impossible de les joindre

Normaliter check ik altijd trustpilot voordat ik op onbekendere websites bestel. Echter dacht ik dat het goed zat door de relatief hoge prijzen. Niets was minder waar. Ik ontving een jurk die in de verste verte niet leek op de jurk die ik bestelde. Na een mail conversatie is retouren niet mogelijk. Ze geven 3 mogelijkheden; zie onderstaand. Maar met allemaal ben je slecht af als je grof geld hebt betaald voor een vodje. Koop hier niet!!!!

I only gave one star so that I can activate the writing space. I wouldn’t even give them anything. These are fake and fraud sites designed to steal money from people. I too was manipulated by one of the pictures they are using to convince people of the beauty and quality of their merchandise. It was kept on the “ being shipped “ status for long time. When I started threatening them that I will expose them, they changed the status yet nothing happened. When I started writing bad reviews it became like magic and in few days it was delivered at my door. When I opened the plastic cheap wrap, I was shocked by what I saw 😳😠 ! An almost rubber kind of fabric that had nothing to do with the kind of fabric they said it was made of ( cotton)! The price wasn’t cheap, which made me believe it could be real !
When I contacted them again about this, for the first time I received a reply which was so rude and sarcastic saying: didn’t you receive it at the end!!? As if what I gave them wasn’t money!

This company sent me a skirt and top that does not even start to resemble the outfit I thought I was ordering, it’s made from cheap synthetic fabric even though the company description said it was cotton. I have tried to contact this company to find out where to send the items back to for a refund but they just ignore my emails. Do not buy anything from this company, they are frauds.

keine Baumwolle oder Leinen wie beschrieben, alles Synthetik oder Viskose.
Größen viel zu klein, schlecht genäht, Rückversand China auf eigene Kosten (10-25 Euro), komplizierter Ablauf für Erhalt der Rückaddresse, wollen keine Rücksendung-bieten dafür 15% Nachlass.
Verschiedene Eailadressen, einige gar nicht erreichbar.
Absolut betrügerisch und Sie machen ihr Geld trotzdem, wenn man bestellt.

If I could give them less than one star I would! Do not order from this company. They ripped me off and then sent me the wrong items than what I ordered. They disappeared after I received my incorrect order! Can’t return it, can’t exchange it! They are fraudulent! Do yourself a favor and don’t even get on their website!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. I placed an order with your company but I have yet to receive the merchandise. Additionally, I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order, but I have not received any response.

I would not even give it one star.
The dress I ordered was not as described. completely wrong pattern. Instead of cotton it was a synthetic material, cheap and nasty. On complaining, kept being offered a discount to keep the item. I decided to return it to China for a refund, despite the expense. 6 weeks later heard nothing

Do not think you will get item as pictured.
Ordered two tops
Neither were linen as stated
Horrible fit , fabric synthetic.
It seems this company operates under several names
Pictures look great but in reality not at all the same

This company is fraudulent, I ordered two cotton dresses after a protracted period two dresses arrived, dreadful synthetic fabric and totally different style . No labels. I feel a fool for being so gullible.

I believe this company is a scam organisation. Ordered a straight linen dress for $42.99 after seeing a photo and description on FB about two weeks ago. Arrived Wednesday. The dress was absolutely nothing like the photograph and description. It was nylon not linen, unevenly machine stitched, gathered waist not straight, just utter junk and totally unwearable. Have emailed for a return address but 48 hours and 2 emails later, no response. I will be reporting to Trading Standards and Meta.
