Great online experience. My go to now for family Xmas treats. Love the designs on packaging and honeycomb flavour.

Ordered a few times with Love Cocoa. Yummy chocolates of the highest quality, beautifully packaged and always arrived promptly - Love Cocoa has become a firm family favourite.

Looking forward to giving their chocolates as presents at Christmas. Family members keep “subtly” reminding which chocolates are their favourite - so I already know they’ll be happy - an easy win for me!!

Not just named "Loved", you also see and taste it. Packagings are more than lovely and taste was/is beyond expectations. Thank you to the people behind! :)

I’ve ordered directly a few times now and have always been impressed with both the delivery and quality of chocolate. I’ve also sent the truffles as gifts and the recipients have been overjoyed. It’s fast becoming my go to gift for loved ones.

Since I discovered Love Cocoa I can't stop ordering. You can taste the excellent cocoa quality that other brands lack and I love their range of flavours, always leaving me craving more. I have always had a great and smooth experience ordering from them. Great service too!

I recently bought Love Cocoa truffles as a gift for my partner (salted caramel - his fave!), he absolutely loved the present and the gooey salted caramel centre meant we ate these in one sitting..will definitely be buying more, a little too addictive!

Ordered some chocolates for a gift and also got some for myself. Loved the taste and the delivery came right on time. As did my mum who my gift went to. Will definitely be ordering again just in time for Christmas. Highly recommend!

I still have not received my order placed in September! They are ignoring all my emails and will not give me a refund?! What do I do?
How do I report this?

I too was disappointed to find my Easter selection came from France when I had thought I was supporting a British manufacturer.
Prior to ordering again I was assured all products are made in the UK yet the advent calendars used French chocolate and the truffle box bore a Czech postal address.
I see little difference between this and Mondelez outsourcing Cadbury production to Poland.
All in all, LoveCocoa's approach to country of origin seems rather elastic.
I requested an explanation over a week ago but , as other reviewers have found, no reply has been forthcoming.
Given that the products are emblazoned with a Union Jack and the website makes much of their heritage this is misleading to say the least.
The packaging was excessive in light of their green aspirations but delivery was prompt.
I am again having to chase the cashback which has not appeared in my Top Cashback account.

I’ve demolished the mixed selection of chocolates with some cocktail classic flavours and omg the flavours pop in your mouth absolutely delicious- finished the nutty box and ive basically eaten the whole lot over two days !! I’m ordering more !! Thankyou

Salted chocolate almonds are from Czech Republic. Nothing remotely like Cadbury’s and disgusting taste - very disappointed

We use LoveCocoa for our welcome gifts when new colleges join the team. They have always been excellent. Today I had an email to say the product we ordered was out of stock, they had already processed the refund and added a voucher effectively making the product free should I wish to reorder an alternative. Which I gladly did taking the opportunity to spend a little more on the gift. What great service looks like. Things go wrong. These people care. And the products are great.

Felt a bit miss sold. The chocolates were OK but I was disappointed that on the reverse of the box it said they were made in France. The company pitches itself as a 'Luxury British Chocolate' brand. I found this a bit misleading.

Bought the valentines chocolates and was incredibly let down by the taste. The salted caramel truffles only tasted of salt, the champagne truffles only tasted of alcohol. Chocolates of the same flavour all seemed to have different ratios of flavours to them so some were completely unedible. I'm not a fussy eater at all but most of these ended up in the bin. On a plus note, I was not expecting these to arrive on valentines day due to late ordering, but they arrived on the day.

I ordered chocs for Valentine's day and paid £6.95 for next day delivery by DPD but they dispatched via Royal Mail so they aren't going to arrive on time. There is no phone number for this company. There is a "bot" that you can send a message via on the web site but as of yet no-one has come back to me via email or the "bot" to explain what has happened. These were for my dad who was widowed recently and lives alone. It was so important to me to bring him some happiness on Valentine's Day and Love Cocoa have let me down so badly. I am devastated and absolutely disgusted and will NEVER buy from Love Cocoa again.

Update: they have refunded the cost of delivery & chocs. To be fair they've apologised & done all they can.

I am disappointed with the delivery of my recent order, #53153. I placed the order on January 20 and paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, expecting the order to arrive at least on January 24. However, I only received an email confirming the order had been dispatched on January 25, five days after I placed the order.
