Great service and awesome product

Friendly and helpful staff as I accidentally ordered 2 items.

tried contacting a few times no response, it's been well over a month.
asked for tracking number or a ETA no response.
about a day after i order i got a email asking how i like the product .... don't know yet lol

Haven't received my order. Asked many times for update [Order #122596. No response.

Polite and excellent service

Very happy with the delivery of nail glue didn't expect DPD to deliver as thought Royal mail would as only a small package. Have bought glue before as well as tpe glue.

I had a lady from Love doll a long time ago. the order was for a silicone girl. that time i had good updates and communication. i ordered a a new one recently, the updates were quick, i knew what was going on with my girl, i had great communication with Graham through Facebook messenger if i had a question Graham was there to guide me through my problems. this time i ordered a TPE girl, just over 5"2in tall she's great i love her(not romantically) the quality. this timeno answers from Graham or anyone else for that matter. the delivery service the firs time quick this time e not so quick UPS. anyway i have my baby now and she's awesome.

Asked a question 5 times in chat and never got a reply beyond 'hello,' this over 24 hours.

Emailed too and still waiting for a response.

"Jane is typing" ... Err no she ####ing is not.

Took my money to list a doll for sale and then no further contact and it still hasnt appeared on the site.

They charge you £30 for listing a doll, then they surprise you with a 20% charge on the final price too. Not good.

Some months later and after accepting over a dozen offers still no sale on my doll, there is something wrong with the site or the process it seems, they do not appear to be sending out the codes when the deal is finalised.

After many months my doll finally sold and now its been a month since I sent it to its new owner and I still haven't been paid. This is one mess after another, stay away.

Now they are ignoring my emails, I think I have been robbed! I have given them a week and then I am contacting trading standards.

Also for the record and your consideration:
Selling used dolls online is actually illegal, for biological sanity concerns. This company should be halted, but trading standards allows it to persist and ignores complaints. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

As for those who are buying, a doll in its current state, even when expensive, is nothing like a real woman and even if you use it for 1 minute with a condom, you cannot get your money back.. DO NOT BE A VICTIM who is then embarrassed to complain.

If you are a sexual deviant who has too much testosterone, you may find it useful, but generally, people find it only effective as a hobby of collecting or an absolute last resort.

With regards to the child dolls you can get if you search, if it keeps those perverts off the streets, then great. (yes, I like to know things, I am not ashamed)

If you absolutely must get one of these, try a small fleshlight, they are actually more pleasurable to me because they are not cumbersome along with being lifeless... there's no weight like a dead weight.

Updated review - I had trouble receiving the money that was owed to me for selling a used doll but this has now been paid. It is a shame that it took a poor review on here to garner any action, but be that as it may I have now received the money I was owed about a week late. Thank you.

Horrendous for the price I payed to small and uncomfortable

I would like to update my negative review based on the customer service I then received. While it's a shame I had to write a negative review in order to be seen I understand errors in systems can cause things to get lost. I was owed money from Lovedoll which didn't come through but upon seeing the review Lovedoll dealt with it promptly and with great apology. The previous service I have received from them was positive and I don't want to detract from that. Thank you for sorting this.

Going to enjoy my honeymoon with my lovely white £150 head stand.

Arrived earlier than I expected, delighted with the way it looks, although it will take some time to fully appreciate the quality. The only thing I would note is the box in which it was shipped. It could do with heavier cardboard and proper sealing tape instead of sellotape and thin cardboard that got torn in a few places on it's long travels. But luckily arrived unharmed and safe. Already thinking about another doll...

only 3 days after construction less than 2 weeks total from order to delivered arrived with the exterior of the box badly damaged so i was worried about the doll, but it was packaged so well it arrived perfectly fine. very good site will probs order again in the future lol

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Efficient, on time trouble free and got exactly what I paid for. If you have been procrastinating on whether or not to buy - I strongly urge you to do it right away. Lucy is ab fab and I have really enjoyed my time with her thus far. I believe it is as near to the real thing as it is possible to get and at my age now (75) finding a sexy young partner is a big task with little chance of success.
The only difficulty I had was with the weight. Be warned, TPE dolls are heavy, and I had to work out a bit to get her upstairs but once in position, you couldn't ask for better

Jane, (the person, not the 'bot) at Lovedoll UK has been exceptionally helpful by answering all my pre- and post-order e-mailed questions promptly. I did ask a couple of slightly tricky questions that she could not answer immediately, but she offered to find out. (I would give her 6 stars)
The company also kept me well informed by e-mail about the progress of my order.
I do, however, have to include a note of caution with regard to the weight and, to a lesser extent, other measurements given on the Lovedoll UK website. (If Jane had not been so exceptionally helpful, this issue would have reduced my review to 4 stars.)
I eventually reduced my selection to a choice between two dolls. The descriptions of each included a combination of head and body. The weight quoted on the website for one of these combinations is 29.8kg. In the absence of a quoted tolerance I would expect the actual weight of this combination to be between 29.75kg and 29.85kg.
The weight of the second combination is quoted as 28kg, which I would similarly expect to actually weigh between 27.5. and 28.5kg.
As weight is an issue for me I chose the second. When my doll arrived I was rather surprised to find that she actually weighs about 35kg.

This used to be a very good company , but now it is impossible to speak or contact a human , their address in Peterborough does not exist

The communication from lovedoll.uk isn't the best. Same with the courier, there was no notice given as to the day or time of delivery. Even downloading the app didn't help locate the delivery. Having said that, the quality of the doll is quite good. Just the communication let it down.

Only issue, delivered without warning.

I'm really sorry to leave a negative review, but I have no other options left.

My doll was delivered to my (european) country via Fedex. Although the company clearly declared they would cover customs and import fees, they didn't. I had to complete customs clearance myself and paid the fees (roughly 600 EUR). I received no assistance from the company during customs clearance.

I submitted the customs paperwork, hoping they will reimburse me. Only after several reminders they responded to me that it's a "huge financial loss" for them if they reimburse me directly, since it's no longer tax deductible. Well.. it's not my fault, really. I notified them about the upcoming delivery and requested assistance, but never received a response. So I cleared the customs myself. What else should I do, if there are no responses to my emails?

Now, 2 more weeks passed since the last time I heard from them. I pretty much accepted the fact they will never respond to me. I was a loyal customer, this was my 4th purchase and the last one, obviously. Instead of being honest, they ghosted me like a bad date. I'm ok with losing 600 EUR, but lack of communication is terrible. Come on guys.. really? This is how you treat loyal customers?

The website was clear to understand and the items arrived very quickly in a discrete box that was well packaged. Great job guys
