It took me several attempts to find a fascinator in the correct shade of pink to match a dress I'd purchased (I ordered four in total and sent back three!). However, all the orders arrived within a couple of days and the returns process was easy. Gemma even kindly refunded me for one fascinator, even though I was late returning it. I'd have no hesitation using this company again.

Amazing fasinator, good quality and quick delivery

They came well Packaged without any damage. I ordered two for choice and decided to keep both as they are just like the illustrations.

Customer service was amazing helping me with my orders. My first order wasn't the right colour for my dress and I was promptly refunded once they received my returned order. I then reordered a different shade which arrived as requested, on a next day delivery. The quality of the hatinator and bag was fantastic.
