Fraudsters, will delay cancelling orders to entrap you.

I ordered a jacket in early December for a friend's birthday. After placing the order, 10 days pass with no update at all. I send one email asking for the status, and another asking to cancel the order. I had to go through emailing their support because, despite this modern age, they provide no way to cancel the order yourself through their website!!! Their support rep "played coy" asking if I "was sure" I wanted to cancel the order. I reaffirmed that I did despite this unprofessional behavior. A few days later I get an email that my order (that should have been cancelled as soon as requested) was shipped. I email them immediately saying that the order should have been cancelled. They said it was "too late" and I'd have to wait to receive the item, then ship it back. When I got the item, I emailed them requesting a return label but they said it was my responsibility to pay for return shipping; even though it should not have been shipped to me in the first place! I went back and forth with them giving template answers. I have since filed a transaction dispute with my bank and reported them to shopify. DON'T do any business with this company. I believe they delayed cancelling my order as a way to entrap me and keep my money. They are fraudsters!

They sent me another cookie cutter email in response to this review. I sent the following back.

"This is the thing, I have already been offered these suggestions but none of them are satisfactory. I do not care what your return policy is. It does not mean a policy is good, honest business. I still have the package, unopened, as I don't need it. Because of the delay in updating order status I decided to cancel the order. Your representative delayed cancellation. This is a misstep on you part as a company. The only solution I find acceptable is a refund of my hard earned money. Even then, I don't want the jacket. I no longer wanted it even before it was shipped to me. I have no qualms about shipping it back to you, or wherever you request it, but it is your responsibility to pay for and provide a shipping label. I say this as a customer and a servicer. At my job, any shipping costs are on us if items were shipped in error. That's just good, honest, legal business. Whether or not you decide to make these things right with me as an individual, you need to reconsider your cancellation and return processes and policies if, indeed, your business is operating in good faith."

Scammers and Liars (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY)

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Their sizing is completely misleading, and their return process is an absolute scam. The pictures on the website look nothing like the product. I've been trying to return a product for two months, and after paying the required $18 fee, I keep getting the same response—that my return is on its way—yet nothing ever arrives. Their customer service is unhelpful, and the entire process is a scam. Save yourself the frustration, and avoid this terrible company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This is obviously a scam and they don’t speak English. As you can see, I knew what they were going to write to me. And I told them that I’m not gonna get them any more information because I gave them the correct info. Yet they Responded to me in the same way that they have responded to others. So it’s a generic template. This place is horrible. Do not ever order from here. They do not speak English very well. And the response is back are confusing and frustrating to the point where you’re just like. Give me my damn order. Lovely Erica please do not respond back with your template. I have had a really crappy time ordering with you. I don’t wanna hear your sorry about it. I want you to either learn English And learn how to run a legitimate business. If you can’t do that, then you should not be in business at all.

Joke of a business

So I ordered these capri cargo shorts about a month ago, and they sent me a size 31 after I ordered a size 38. They said that in order to make a proper exchange, I had to pay a $20 shipping fee. Like a sucker, I paid for it. After multiple emails all saying that a large is a 38, they kept offering the shorts in multiple sizes. Finally got the replacement shorts, only for them to be a size 32 instead of a 38 like I requested. I reported to them and demanded a full refund, only to be informed that in order to return both pants I would have to pay an additional shipping fee. Either that or keep the shorts and receive a 15% refund. I ended up choosing the latter instead of the former I refuse to further their despicable business practice. Never order from these con artists again.

They Lie and lie and lie and apologize and lie more

After being offered coupons and told the item was very popular and I shouldn't cancel my order, they told me they would refund my order and it would take 5 - 15 days. They lied.

I ordered the item on 9/4, cancelled on 9/9 after the order hadn't even been processed. They agreed to cancel and when I inquired as to why the refund hadn't happened, they told me they couldn't refund the order because they'd shipped it - 5 days after they told me they'd give me a refund.

They kept telling me it had shipped, but were sending me screen shots of their tracking software saying, "Label has been created." << Not the same as being shipped.

They are now telling me I can always return the item, but as other reviewers have said, they're just going to offer you a coupon, you can't actually return anything to them.

Worst online shopping experience ever.

Order two shirts (same shirt but one…

Order two shirts (same shirt but one black and one white). I get an email the next day saying the white one is out stock and they want me to pick something else from their store. I asked for a refund.

After going back forth three different times (each time I just request a refund for the out of stock item) they continue to request me to pick something else. After a week of replies, they tell me the black shirt is out of stock so once again I ask for a refund. Then they reply that the black shirt is out of stock so they’ll just ship the white one - which was the one originally out of stock.

Complete rip off. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my credit card since they’ve never shipped anything!

BEWARE!!!!

SCAM!!!

Es un timo

Es un timo. Hice una compra el 22 de octubre que a fecha de hoy (19 de diciembre) no he recibido. No contestan correos, en la web pone que mi correo no existe y mi pedido no existe (cuando tengo correos de confirmación del pedido). No compréis, es un timo. He puedo una reclamación para que me devuelvan el importe y estoy esperando a la resolución por parte del banco

This is a scam

This is a scam. So far I have been trying to get a refund for over a week for a sleepwear set that arrived a different colour than the advertised colour, they so far have offered a $5 gift card (for an over $60 product!) and 15% off. I consistently have asked to return the item, still haven't been given an address. Don't risk buying from this company. I just want to return a item!

Worse company ever!

Worse company ever!! I have repeatedly emailed for a return address and return authorization number. I went on their website and went through the proper channels as stated on their website. Instead of letting me return my items, they kept offering 15% or 30% off to keep the items. Now they say they can’t find my order # when I have supplied it 2 times. Each email with excuses comes from a different person. Items are of poor quality and too big.
They keep stating the return postage is expensive and if they constantly take returns, it will put their company out of business. Make quality clothes and have great customer service and you won’t go out of business!!!

Package never received.

I never received a package, and I couldn't find a way to contact them. It says that the package has been fulfilled but I have checked and never received it. I've been waiting for a while, and was curious as to why my package never came. However, they don't have a clear way to contact them for me to ask. I either expect a refund or a resend of the item.
