Min bestilling kom hurtigt, så her har jeg ingen klage.
Mine plastre lever ikke op til d3t lovede, så jeg har lige bedt om at få mine 199,00 kr. retur, som lovet ved manglende effekt

Fup og svindel hold dig langt væk, det er Kina produkter

Inte samma produkt som annonsen visade.
Jag fick 80 st istället för 200st. Har skickat flera mail men inte fått svar på något av dom.

after a month of waiting for my order I got a message that it was delivered but I never got it my order

I bought two products on the 14th November, it's 7th December now and they haven't arrived.
I recieved an email from the delivery company that there's been an "incident" 5 days ago.
I contacted Lovera and they were gonna charge me 1€ for speaking to a tecnician... horendous!
It was my first time and NEVER AGAIN. I just hope to be able to get my money back.
Update: they did contact me from Lovera but haven't sorted out the issue.
I again recieved an email from their cuourier service saying they've tried to deliver and as it's been too mamy times, they'll ship the parcel back.
I said this to thw customer service and asked for a refund, and they said no, as it's an issue with the courier service.
The WORST.

This is a scam , beware !!

If i could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered the collagen sticknandceye patches. What eventually arrived was a brandless plastic tube and tub with no ingredients or instructions. I reached out to customer care, and 'Sam' got back and offered me a 5% refund and assured me it was a perfect product. As I explained the breaking of advertising laws to him he continued to voplyvand paste paragraphs, upping my refund % by 5 each time until 15%, and then said I could return at my own cost, which I his words, would be, 'very expensive', to receive branded items!

Please don’t waste your money on this company. Returned the unopened products & never received a refund of £45. Absolute disgrace that so called retailers can get away with it!! A scam of a company at the best!

Not sure how these companies get away with it... sell a product online but when you get it no labeling on the tube or the box... what a waste of money - I should learn

I ordered two sunblocks that were supposed to be all natural. Not only did it take months to show up, but then when it got here, it had a bunch of chemicals in it that weren’t advertised.
When I tried to return it, they gave me a bonus address. When I never heard anything, they said I sent it to the wrong address and they couldn’t refund it until they got it. So it was basically lost forever with no way to get my money back.

This company is definitely a scam!

The product I received was not the product that I ordered . Not branded so who knows what’s being sent.

RIP off ! Totally overpriced. Should have looked around before purchasing product.

Terrible. I ordered this natural sunscreen nearly two weeks before I needed it to arrive for holiday. It took over three weeks to arrive and when I emailed to inquire, I got a lazy message back saying that it was on its way but no apology or anything and really I felt this was overpriced after I saw other companies with a similar product for cheaper. Felt a bit scammed.
