Hi Temi, sad to see the 1 star review, I see from our notes that the delivery did take place and was left at your front door, however you are disputing this delivery. We are processing the claim and refund and I see that you are already in conversations with our Customer Service teams.

As you must expect we are unable to process refunds until claims have been placed with the carrier, especially if they have provided photo evidence of the drop. During the claim process, the carrier will interview the driver and body cam footage may be collected and handed to police as it could be considered theft once the review has been completed.

Rest assured, a refund will be made if the claim is valid, however, the investigation can take a little time during this peak season.

Our customer service team will continue dialog with via the established channels.

Hi, im sad to see a 1 star review, it appears that your order was out for delivery on the 3rd November, https://www.hermesworld.com/en/our-services/distribution/parcel-delivery/parcel-tracking/?trackingNo=H00RYC0017736405 and a calling card was left for the customer to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery.

I have raised a query with the carrier in order to find out more information. I can also see you have been on contact with our customer service team who will continue to follow up the situation.

Hi Batman, sorry to see a 1 star review, your issue seems to have originated from a change of address request whilst your order was in transit and since your delivery address was outside of the UK. We are reliant on a number of third party logistics providers for international deliveries and each party has to contact the next in order to gain any response and this does take considerable time, especially if more than one request needs to be made.

We always aim to do our best, we admit, the delivery partner has let us down on this occasion. Whilst delivery delays can occur on some occasions and this can lead to below average customer experience, at no point do we scam any customer.

Customers are always protected and refunded on the rare occasions when items are lost in transit by our carriers, this can take a little time to complete as all parties need to conduct and complete their own internal investigations regarding the loss to understand what went wrong and put in place processes to avoid this occurring again in the future.

Hi Lily, we're sad to see a 1 star review as checking with customer service you have not contacted us before to ask about your order, so it's hard for us to support you as a customer if you don't reach out to our customer service team.

The tracking shows that your order was out for delivery on the 27/10/21 however no one was home to receive the package, so was returned to the depot.

27/10/2021 18:10 Out For Delivery.

Hi Bubulle, it's sad to see a 1 star review, especially when it's due to a reason that we have no control over. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving customers government, we have no control over what France customs wishes you to pay before releasing your order for delivery.

The vast majority of international customers receive their orders without any issues or drama (and many without additional charges), however, some isolated orders do get caught in customs clearance and these may be subject to tax, duty or other charges.

Our business, like the majority of all business, strives to provide excellent customers care, products and a great shopping experience and sometimes your overall experience may be affected by external factors beyond the control of RAID.

Hi, it's sad to see a 1 star review when you have not reached out to our customer service team before leaving a review, so it's hard for us to solve any problems when we don't know that there is an issue.

Your tracking link of https://www.hermesworld.com/en/our-services/distribution/parcel-delivery/parcel-tracking/?trackingNo=H00RYC0010167122 shows that a delivery was attempted on 12/08/2021, however, very little since, so I can only imagine it must be returned to sender, however it has not yet arrived back with us.

Hi Francesca, sad to see a 1 star review as looking at your tracking details a number of attempts have been made to deliver your order.

28/09/2021 17:30 Attempted Delivery, 1st attempt
and another attempt on the 5/10/21.

You reached out to us on the 3/10/21 and we responded on the 4/10/21 with the tracking number. It's not a fake tracking number, just the one issued to us via Hermes.

We have provided PayPal with the necessary tracking information as per their request. Should you need further assistance, please respond to the original email thread.

Hi Agathe, sad to see the 1 star review as we have responded to your emails stating we were waiting on feedback from the carrier company which only arrived recently since a delivery was attempted and no one was available to receive the package. A refund has now been processed for you.
