So I initially panicked after reading reviews (following purchase of my items) delivery does take a while, and this wasn’t clear when ordering as I had assumed it was a UK company as they make it appear on the website. The items did arrive so I wasn’t scammed. however I am slightly disappointed in the quality, especially the blanket, as it was made out to be good quality which I would expect for £50, however it is something I could pick up in primark for a fraction of the cost. I am happy with the sofa covers for the price, they don’t fit really well at first but with additional double sided tape I have managed to make it look more fitted, and for the price I can’t really complain as I hadn’t found sofa covers at the cost elsewhere.

I think it’s one of those sites you just need to be savvy with what you order and be prepared to wait, but If your looking for high quality and fast delivery this won’t be your shop!

Absolute nightmare to deal with - AVOID! I had to cancel the order for armchair covers as the delivery were taking far longer than was confirmed and paid for. I had to argue to get the order cancelled and I am still in discussions regarding the refund as they are refusing to provide me with basic information to proof the refund and their only response is 'check your account for the refund'.... (checking my account is the reason why I am chasing proof of refund in the first place)! It is a nightmare dealing with them, absolutely avoid!

Bought canopy advertised as 100% cotton. This is NOT "soft, breathable cotton" , its 100% polyester, (it says on the label but you can tell anyway) its a very thin fabric with an unpleasant smell and not blackout at all - we wanted it to blackout our sons cot when camping and its very thin material which allows a lot of light to pass through. The design is okay, but I'm really annoyed that the description is such a blatant lie , its midleading and it means that they are really overcharging for this product. Also, it comes delivered from China, which the company tries to hide and is not clear at all on the website, took a long time to arrive and quality is poor. Not sure how its got so many good reviews , but then there are only 22 reviews, so could be fake reviews from the company?
Left a review on their page but it has not appeared!

Never acknowledged my order and never sent it despite my e-mailing.

I ordered 2 packs of chair arm covers. When they arrived they did not 'stretch to fit any arms' and were not at all suitable for our 2 settees. When I contacted them ask if they would send me a returns label I was given an address in China to return order. Besides paying delivery to my address I was expected to spend more postage to China and then probably more hassle with refund. PLEASE CHECK RETURNS PROCEDURE BEFORE ORDERING.

I received x12 chair covers last week after a long waiting time for the arrivals. I am very pleased with the products and the communication response from LoveStyle team were prompt. For the price we paid & the quality for these chair covers we received, I have no complaints.

Well after reading all the comments after I made my purchase I was very sceptical about our product arriving. Well it arrived yesterday and the chair covers are absolutely lovely even better than the picture and the communication with lovestyle was fantastic. Thank you very much . Very happy customer

Complete scam. I tried to return some goods, the replies when they came, came from China, not the US, as their website suggests. They have repeatedly avoided giving me a return address. Clearly they have no intention of accepting returns or giving refunds. Don’t buy unless you are prepared to lose your money.

Didn’t want item. They won’t refund cost until it’s sent back to China, yes China at huge cost. They’ve also tried to stop me even doing this.
Don’t buy anything from here unless you can afford to lose your money in my opinion.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES RIP OFF CON JOBS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND GIVE YOU RUBBISH AND WILL TRY NOT TO REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!! Material is rubbish and arms covers didn’t even fit!! even though I followed the Measurements guidelines!!
Then when I wanna return, they just kept repeating a load of rubbish. Then told me I got to return the item back to China!!
And then I said I am not accepting this and would like a free postage label to return the items, as I already paid for delivery? They been ignoring my emails.

They arrived much quicker than I thought and are a perfect fit foe our motorhome I can't fault the service or quality

Items actually come from china even though they have a UK address on their website. Sofa covers never arrived, I asked about a refund and they kept avoiding the question and repeated themselves "we have contacted logistics, it is delayed, please do not worry" Yes I know it's delayed, the tracking number for royal mail doesn't even work! Currently in a case with them via PayPal, hope I get my money back through this as they are showing no signs of helping sort the matter. Avoid at all costs.

I wish i had read these reviews before. The 2 covers took 8 weeks to arrive. Did not fit and then after 6 e mails they said i had to send back to China. They did not give an address..... They are crooks

Very bad .I will give big 0 rate of service they asked you pay return postage to China .
I bought sofa cover is completely wrong colour and cheap quality places stop buying things you will lose your money very bad experience

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I would give this company a 0 start rating if I could. Pretty much the same story as everyone else’s. Dimensions are incorrect and quality is cheap. I paid around £80 for sofa covers and only learnt upon trying to return that they were based in China and it would cost pretty much the same to send items back. The seller didn’t really care and it was pretty much a ‘your loss’ response.

AVOID!!! I bought sofa covers from this company paying £45. I followed the measurement guide on their website yet still the covers arrived smaller, didn’t fit, smelled like cheap plastic and the quality was far from good. I decided to return the items. I was under impression that they were based in the UK as the on their website it states that in case of any returns the item would NOT need to be returned directly to the manufacturer which in the end turned out to be in China. If I knew I would need to return the item to China I would have never bought it in the first place. After I contacted the seller about the return and refund they started being very evasive, gave me return address with no postcode. Because of this I missed the 14 days returns policy (for anything to be returned to China you are given 14 days, seriously??!) It was my luck I’d paid via Paypal so I opened the case, I had to provide all sorts of evidence, took over a month. Long story short I got my refund in the end ONLY because I got Paypal involved but it cost me additional £22 to send the items back to China. I hope this review helps anyone who is thinking to buy from this website. I am always very cautious before buying anything online, I believed the good reviews on the website (now I think they were sponsored). Do research on their customer service and you will see what comes up.

I ordered sofa and chair covers through love sweet style which I believe to be sister company. When they arrived they are too small despite accurate measurements being sent. Now they want me to return the goods for a refund to China from the UK at my expense. Cost of the refund is nearly as much as the cost of the covers. Not a company I would recommend to anyone - I never received an email order confirmation which should have rung alarm bells. I thought I had consumer rights but clearly not with these cowboys.

Soooooo Bad!!! Products didn’t came and customer care didn’t answer any emails !!
