sehr schlechter shop. Bezahlt niemals im voraus denn wenn dann was mit euren paket ist bekommt ihr es nie wieder! meins konnte nicht zugesellt werden weil was mit meinem lable war und es ging dann auch zurück an den Shop. Der shop selbst bestätigte mir das dass paket bei dene wieder angekommen seie doch als ich dann eine erneute lieferung wollte wurde aufeinmal behaubtet das dass paket doch bei mir ankam und das war nicht wenig geld. Ich habe sogar nochmal versand gezahlt. Die haben mich halt bewusst abgezockt

Much like the other people who have purchased from this company, I have had a horrible experience.

I was sent the wrong size. I had used the size chart at the time of purchasing, as I always do with online clothing. I'm very familiar with my measurements as I sew my own clothes, and what I received was easily two sizes larger than what was listed on the site.

I sent in my complaint, provided photos of my measurements, and they offered a return as a solution. The thing is, I paid customs, shipping, and would have to pay return shipping from Canada back to the UK - which all in is as much as the pants themselves. So I asked for an alternative solution.

Additionally, there was an out of stock item on my order. They did not remove this from the packing slip, and I subsequently paid customs for an item that wasn't even in the order.

I have not heard back now for over two weeks and have sent two follow up emails. All in, this is sketchy as hell.

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, quality were not as expected but still unique designs. Worn them twice and both seams split. Contacted customer services and they didnt wish to help at all then ignored emails. Do not order

Ordered twice from this site bcos of their interesting designs. I live in Asia and alt stores and designs are not easy to find.
However, I agree that the quality is not justified for the price. The quality feels rather thin and cheap, similar to what you would get from Shein for a fraction of the price.

I suspect that some of the designs are not designed in-house, but are just items dropped shipped from AliExpress or the like.

I have ordered three times from Love Too True and each time I ended up being disappointed. First off all the quality is horrendous and so is the sizing. For these high prices they should really be offering better quality and not just pure polyester. The sizing is also terrible and it’s sad that their items are only being shown on a single body type. The clothing never ended up looking the way it does on their page and I always promised myself to never order from them again. Each time I give them another chance I’m being left disappointed once again. As an international costumer you’ll also pay a crazy amount of custom fees.

I don't think I'll be ordering again.
The designs are cute, look amazing on their social media and website but once you receive the item it's definitely not as expected. Material is thin, poor quality. I ordered a dress which (in terms of quality of the fabric) resembles a carnival dress you'd buy for children at your local supermarket, same goes for the skirt. The dress was over € 50 and the skirt was around € 40. Totally overpriced for what you're getting.
I also got a pair of pants, which at least are 65% cotton so they didn't feel as "plastic" as the other two items. Still, the fabric is very thin.
Last but not least I got some fishnets, the ones with hearts, those look good and feel soft when worn.

Overall I spent more than a hundred euros on this order but only half of it was decent enough to justify the price. Everything looks nice in pictures but I promise you you're getting the same quality you'd get from fast fashion brands for triple the price.
I'm very disappointed, I was hoping to have found a new interesting and sustainable small business but I guess what they write on their websites is just the tip of the iceberg. I refuse to believe they call this crap good quality and sustainable.

everything from how smooth the purchasing process was to how fast the shipping was too! also i was worried i was going to recieve the item and it wasnt going to fit due to size diffrence (uk-us) but it fit just right! only problem i had was my package was completly opened when i recieved it in the mail like someone had already ripped into it and jus put it in my mail box.

I got my order pretty quickly considering I ordered around Christmas and with it being shipped from the UK so I’m very happy with that. Also I have a few articles of clothing now and the quality is incredible, the pricing is so reasonable and for me personally this brand does an amazing job at providing unique clothing that are comfortable, simple but beautiful. Love love love this brand!

Love their products, and delivery times are ok

7 days later and no order and no response to any of my emails, asking where it is. This is a gift for my daughters birthday - which is soon!

Their site states, "Royal Mail Tracked 48". It is not!

I own a small independent business and send all my orders out by Royal Mail Tracked 48. All my customers receive in the timeframe.

I've now filed a claim with PayPal.

Avoid this company.

Update: I received an email from them telling me how disheartening my review was, to read. Some pity party about how they have young children to see to (sorry, what?). I have a a lot on in life too, including a poorly father. I'm running a SMALL business too, and would never ignore a customers emails.

I can't even be bothered to reply. There is no excuse to ignore a customer, and not send the items they've PAID for, out in a timely manner.

I finally received my order:

The clothing was so disappointing. It's thin and looks cheap. Tiny sizes too. I cannot give this as a gift.

If they refund me, I'll remove this review. But I'm not wasting any more time chasing!

Love Too True is a great brand! I just wish they would update their stock better and take better care of their customers . I bought some things and 2 of the items had to be refunded because they ended up being out of stock even though I got a confirmation email which is a big bummer /:

Ordered the Raven jumper and Satine pants in my usual size (S/8) and I couldn’t get either of them on due to incredibly small sizing.

I returned them 3 weeks ago hoping for a monetary refund that they offer if you return within 14 days - my order has either conveniently gone missing or they just do not process returns.
I emailed them for an update and they claim to only ‘process returns on a Thursday’.

I’m now putting in a claim in with Royal Mail for my money back since they refuse to confirm that they received my return as I’ve received absolutely no email correspondence from them.

Great service, quick delivery and I am so I love with my jumper

In my experience, I absolutely love my Love Too True items. They all feel super soft to wear and look amazing on. Super comfortable. I always look at the model and how the clothes fit on them to judge my size. (I'm UK 10/12) M/L fits almost every time. The fabric is delicate, but soft. I prefer this to mass produced thicker material that irritates my skin. With shipping, they are a small business, so I'm prepared for a wait. They always inform me of shipping times and delays. Can't fault them. Much better than Disturbia.

So disappointed by Love too true. I ordered a jumper (the best selling raven one) a few tops, a dress and some lace shorts. I received my order in 3 weeks which I understood with it being a small business. However, when the order came it all fit into an a4 size parcel, I genuinely thought they had just sent me the jumper but upon opening it I found the thinnest quality clothes.
The raven jumper which I got in a medium (my usual size) was thin and tiny (the model in the promo photo must be a size 6 wearing a size 12).
The dress and tops were also terrible thin material, basically see through. All the tops I ordered in my usual size, two almost fit but one I couldn’t even get my head through the hole.
The saltine shorts were sewed shut, the zip wouldn’t go down so I had to use scissors to cut the thread it was getting trapped on.
I’ll have to return pretty much everything and I can only get store credit, now that I know how cheap the materials they use are I’m reluctant to do this but I wouldn’t even try to sell these on to someone else.
Really disappointed about how many influencers promote this brand when everything is poorly made and sized awfully.
