Good shopping experience, however the material is pretty thin so the skirt doesn't stay down too well in a gust, and single stitching on the clothing, very cute clothes though! Great in the sale but wouldn't pay full price for the quality

I discovered LoveTooTrue in early 2020 and absolutely loved them. I had a skirt and a couple of pairs of trousers from around this time that I was fond of and wore to death. Around this same time I borrowed a pair of their pinstripe trousers from a friend and, having really liked them, I recently decided to buy myself a pair of the "exact same" trousers. Only to receive them and be appalled at how downhill the quality of their products has gone. What was previously made of a thick, seemingly quality material is now made of material that is shiny, thin and cheap-looking; more like what one would expect from Shein (Unfortunate as I consciously try to support small / slow-fashion brands instead of enormous scale fast-fashion). The new button closure is cheap and rattles around. Even the "LTT" patch looks much worse than before. Unfortunately I'd left it too long to return these within the 30 day returns period (oops), and now I'm left with trousers I'm too embarrassed to wear due to how bad they look and feel.
This is the biggest disappointment I've faced with LTT, but I have had smaller gripes with the quality of the materials, stitching and fasteners used to produce their garments in the year or so leading up to this.
I'm sad to say this as I really did love LTT, but I can't say I'll be buying their products again - unless things change for the better.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered an item as I had seen it on an 'influencer' and wanted similar for an event that was coming up. Ordered and paid for the next day delivery, to then get an email telling me it'll be posted within 7 days, still haven't received the item. Absolutely pointless and a waste of time having next day delivery as an option as it is decieving. You can't see this on the website unless you go searching for the delivery information. Wouldn't of bothered ordering if I had known. They only accept returns for store credit, not refunds. Avoid if you can, you can probably get similar from other stores, as someone else has stated these items are possibly dropshipped!

I have ordered from this website about three times now and I have always had a great experience. The orders are usually dispatched after a week, which the confirmation email indicates. The delivery is very quick after dispatch and the packaging is also very nice and sturdy. I have never had any issues with my orders so I would definitely recommend this website. Plus the pieces are amazing :)

Sizing guide is super off. Items listed as medium and large do not accommodate anyone with any type of curvy shape. I have 36DD breasts and a 29 inch waist and wear a medium or large in most brands. The boob area was tight, arms were tight. I even ordered a product listed as uk size 6 to 12 and couldn’t even fit my head in the head hole! Not only that but when I commented on their Instagram post about how inaccurate their sizing guide is, they deleted my comment. I’m not surprised that their sizes are not actually reflective of size inclusivity given that all their social media posts consist of very petite and slender models. Really disappointing for a “small business” which also sources everything from China as well it seems.

Recently had to return my order of the pinstripe pants because I honestly didn’t expect the quality to be so poor, which I noticed as soon as I opened the parcel. From the hardware, stitching and the material, the quality just felt and looked so different to my other LTT items (which I have loved).

The sizing also just didn’t seem right, the fit was not great but benefit of the doubt maybe it was the style? I think the quality has gone way down hill ever since the introduction of the many other styles, beyond the pants/skirts. I paid international shipping to return these as I couldn’t bear to sell them on, I didn’t want to burden anyone else with these.

Customer service is also not great, had tried to cancel a previous order because I was unsure on sizing and wasn’t able to.

Old customers, I’d caution on coming back to LTT and new customers, if quality in a garment is something you value, also stay away. I wish I had the read reviews before purchasing again with LTT

Absolutely awful sizing, I heard it ran small, so I bought a size up, it was still two sizes too small, do NOT buy from here unless you're shaped like a child.

I appreciate being a small business means delays but I paid for 48hr shipping but my order wasn’t even posted out for a week and even when I contacted them for help no one responded to me

I'm still waiting for items to be shipped from mid February. I complained, heard nothing, then suddenly it was "shipped". I've been tracking this shipment for...11 days and it hasn't even been handed to royal mail. I've ever received a response to the complaint. I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt for the sizing as maybe it was odd, but now I'm seeing other reviews I'm not at all excited to see how awful these new items will fit me.

My 2 jumpers came faulty with holes in the knit, I can’t even wear them or it will just fall apart…
The only non faulty item doesn't have any label on it: what it the size, the fabric, how do I take care of it? Even dropshipping articles have labels...

I ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I don’t even think my order has been dispatched.

I have a few pairs of their trousers and I really love their old quality, they ran small but they were nice, thick and sturdy. Just ordered one of their newest pairs and the quality is a disappointment. Really thin and flimsy, not worth the 40€ I paid. I like the blouse that I ordered though.

I will make another review because In the last review I gave 5 stars. I made another order. The last order took a long time to arrive and I thought it was because of the winter holidays (chrismas, new year etc) and i liked the product. So i gaved 5 stars, But now it’s imposible. The order is in transmit at royal mail for 33 days. it's taking way too long and I'm running out of patience

I was super excited to buy from this brand because a few people I follow on Instagram regularly wear LoveTooTrue items and the quality and fit of their trousers looked great!

I ended up buying two pairs of trousers, two of the blazers and a skirt in two separate orders as the one set came in stock the day after my 1st purchase.

Was extremely disappointed when my 1st pair of trousers, blazer and the skirt arrived. The fabric is SO thin and the stitching is absolutely atrocious. Uneven and flimsy. The shape and fit was good and sizing was fine, but I basically got Shein quality items for double the price.
The items are NOT worth the price.

They still haven't even shipped the other pair of trousers and blazer despite being ordered within 3 days of each other and the 1st order arrived in 3 weeks.

Apparently LoveTooTrue used to have good quality trousers but I wouldn't reccomend buying from them unless you want to be ripped off

Haven't even bothered with a refund because they only give you store credit.

Stumbled onto this brand from Emily Boo, excited thinking they were actually a brand that hand makes their items, relatively locally, so i finally got around to ordering for myself a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a pretty big, pretty expensive order - doubts started to set in after i was waiting for it to show up - i happened to be browsing on Vinted and seen the exact same skirt, only it was listed as Dollskill - interesting, i thought.

Items finally arrived, every single one had a made in china label - also, for something that you’re supposedly supposed to “size down, true to size” i can absolutely confirm this is not the case, their own measurements from the website didn’t match up with any of the garments. Which is a shame, the trousers absolutely could’ve had potential if it was maybe a different/better fabric, actual hardwear used, actual measurements. At least 3 of the items i was able to find for sale by other places online(also cheaper), so maybe a case of dropshipping which is kind’ve frustrating.

Return policy is a bit of a wild one, altho you can claim a monetary refund if you list it on your return label (do note, returns are up to you to pay for too!!!) - I don’t at all think it’s worth your money.

My partner has ordered a few times, each time ordering the 14/16 sizing only to receive what would only fit a small child, then to only be offered store credit as a refund option.

The pants fit great but the quality. Not great. The material is a very thin, fragile material - kind of reminds me of SHEIN material. They are very flimsy and easy to break. Unfortunately for the price I paid for them ($91 AUD) it’s just not worth what I got. Quite disappointed honestly. Won’t be buying again. :(
