The product you purchased indicates the size is 22cm/8.6inch. Product size is correct. Thanks a lot for your feedback. We take pictures of the ruler that comes with the product.
Said it was in the mail never showed up.
Said the package was in the mailbox but it wasn't and when we said we never got it they basically said it was delivered and it wasnt their problem so now we've just waisted nearly $40.

Your package has been checked on the USPS official website and has been delivered. Please contact USPS for specific delivery information. If they don't fully deliver the package. You can file a claim with USPS for compensation. If there is a complaint number. Only then can we apply for compensation from USPS.
Weird shipping but great product!
No shipping info until it had arrived, so that spooked us. But the product was more than we could have hoped for!!

Wonderful Experience
Purchased a VERY nice toy for a GREAT price and it was just the thing I was looking for. It took some time to arrive because customs, but it did NOT disappoint! I absolutely love it! Also, the place was super nice and willing to update and help me out anytime I had a question.

Terrible Shipping Time with No Resolution from Company
Shipping has now taken 2 weeks and USPS tracking still says in bold red letters "USPS awaiting package" the absolute slowest shipping ever, and I'm not sure it's even worth the wait at this point. I'm super annoyed and frustrated.

I'm so sorry to keep you waiting so long. I checked that your package has passed through US customs. It will be delivered in a few days. Overseas packages need to wait until they arrive at USPS in the United States before viewing shipping information on the USPS official website. If there are any questions. Please contact us in time. We will reply as soon as possible.
The package is sent from July 25th. It passed through customs on August 2. Shipping time for packages is approximately 7-15 business days. Please do not worry. The package arrived quickly.

I have received multiple emails about reviewing the item I purchased, but I have yet to actually be sent my product. Anytime I try to track my package the USPS says they still do not have it and I ordered this a little over two weeks ago… ):

Your package was dispatched from the factory on July 8th. Most packages arrive within 7-14 business days. Your package has now passed through U.S. Customs. Handing over to USPS for delivery. I checked in the post office system that your package has arrived in the US. I believe it will be handed over to the local USPS in the next few days. New shipping information will be available in about a few days.
