I received my package today! I had ordered the Pokémon anime card with my husband and I on February 2nd and received it on the 20th which is pretty good timing. It looks great! I am very excited and happy with how it turned out. Just like the website shows it (of course with my own picture). Very nice and cute 😍. Thanks again 😊. Gave it to my husband as a valentines gift and really for myself as well because I like it too. Good job to all who were involved in making it. What a cute idea 💡.

Communication is great, I have inquired about the product I had purchased and wanted to see if the picture I chose for the item will work and they have got back with me really quick on it. Seem like a nice company as this is the first time ordering anything. Product looks great so far and can't wait until it arrives to me. It's a gift for my husband (and well me too) for valentines day.

I inquired about my delivery and Bella discovered I had a typo in my address when I ordered my card. Without her looking into this I likely wouldn’t have received my order.

She corrected it for me AND resent my order. AMAZING! Rare to get timely customer service these days. Very grateful.

So I ordered a hoodie for Halloween and had Mom❤️ and then I customize my daughter’s names with different characters. I ordered it on the the 19th it says delivered, but I don’t see anything. I’m not sure what to believe at this point I waste 79.60 for a hoodie and I don’t think I’m gonna see that hoodie ever and I don’t think I’ll be able to get a refund so there goes a waste of freaking money that I wish I didn’t waste

I'm actually not sure what review I should put. I was ordering a cool item for my partner for our anniversary. The total was $69 with shipping. I have a special account i transfer money into when I use sites and stuff so I only put in what's needed at the time for purchases. I put $80 into this account and it kept coming back as insufficient funds. My bank intercepted it and sent me a text saying it was trying to take $108!! It actually doesn't say anywhere what the currency is so that could be it, but its 100% misleading so i definitely did not purchase the item. I did take a screenshot of what the order said but I can't post it here....

It’s ok.. I thought it was a scam. Took and seemed like 3-4 weeks which it was.. and I finally got my gift for my mom.. nothing was wrong with it. Everything was in good shape.. I would never buy from them again.

This company is so bad! I’ve ordered through them twice and haven’t received my tracking, I have my order number but the emails I received r saying I haven’t bought the item. This I a scam never buy from them!

I found the same items that cost over $30 each on Temu for $5 each!!! The EXACT same, spelling errors and all. Save your money, guys, they’re just selling the same things at 5-10 times the price. It’s so wrong. I complained about the quality of the items and never got a response.

You better order weeks if not months in advance. The company may be American, but their products come from China. Ordered for Mother’s Day. Placed the order 13 days ago and it Hasn’t left China yet!!! Tmrw is Mother’s Day. I even paid an extra $15 to expedite Delivery. Which was clearly a waste of money
I will never again order from this company And I recommend you to not order here as well!

I place an order for 4 items and only received 1. I reached out multiple times and 4 months later they replied with “it was lost in the mail”. They wanted me to pay another $9.99 for shipping of items I didn’t receive the first time.
Don’t use this company!
